~along with the whole release of course..LOL~
Anyways for my project today I made a cute Easter Treat that I am totally LOVING!
Check it out.....
Didn't this turn out adorable!! I am thinking maybe this will be my son's Easter class treat...what do you think???
I made this fun treat by using the Stitched Lollipop Holder Die for the base, and the Scallop and Stitched Circle Die for the sentiment. The actual sentiment comes from an older MCT stamp set~Happy Hunting but I added one of the new stitched egg dies to the center.
Then for the bottom of the Lollipop Holder, I added 2 layers of the new Stitched Grass Die, placing the die cut Easter Basket from the Hello Chickie! set in between the layers and filling it with some more die cut eggs.
When looking for a treat to place inside, I found this rock candy stick that was perfect...yes alittle taller but I think it works GREAT!
I pulled it out of the original packaging and added it to a Medium Candy Bag from the Trendy Twine shop. I did cut the bag down slightly, removing the tape strip closure so I could tie it off using some Totally White Trendy Twine.
