Sweet Wishes just for you!.....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
MCT Birthday Palooza post!
Today the DT is showcasing fun projects with a birthday theme and for my project I used the newly released Pretty Treat Topper for packaging my cupcake embroidered planner clip.
Take a look and let me know what you think....
To make the topper, I kept it simple and started with a kraft cardstock base and added the top layer using white cardstock. The sentiment is from the  set Light the Candles... and it was stamped in the center of the white cardstock leaving room around so I could add some hearts.
Those adorable hearts are from the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies set which I coordinated with the planner clip I embroidered using felt.
To package up my clip, I made a backing card using the More Stitched Rectangular Die which fits perfectly inside my little bag.
I finished off my birthday gift with a matching white, blue and pink Trendy Twine bow.

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog!
Make sure to head over to the MCT blog for more inspiration!
Have a GREAT Thursday!!

MCT 80th Edition Sneak Peek Day 2

Good Morning everyone and welcome to
Day 2 of sneaks for the 80th New Release from
My Creative Time!!
Today the DT is showcasing another awesome stamp/die set.
Introducing....
Never Stop Dreaming
and here is my card.....
I love this dreamcatcher stamp! I really wanted to make the image pop so I created a rainbow inked background to then heat emboss the dreamcatcher on top.
The white embossing really looks awesome against the inked background~dont you think?
The sentiment is also from the new Never Stop Dreaming set and was stamped also on top of the inked background.
I did spritz some water onto the background to make the color splotches and then added some nuvo enamel drops in clear for some dimensional water marks.
A new favorite card of mine!

My Creative Time!!

We have a great week of sneaks showcasing awesome new stamps and dies and hope you will join us today through Thursday and come back on Friday for the BIG Reveal and Blog Hop

Today the DT will be showcasing the new stamp/die set
Anything is Popsicle and here is my inspiration..... This popsicle is just the cutest right?!?! I wanted to keep my card CAS to showcase that adorable new die! To make my card I used the new Anything is Popsicle set and die cut the popsicle using "bomb pop" colors. A favorite summertime treat here! Then for the sentiment, I used the Sentiment Label Dies and stamped the sentiment off to the side to allow for the popsicle to be placed onto the label. Some matching pearl embellishments all placed onto a Stitched Rectangular Frame Die cut white card stock completed my card.

Congratulations!......{MCT Throwback Thursday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another MCT DT post.
Today is Throwback Thursday and I am showcasing  perfect set for graduation season
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think.....
I made this card for my son's girlfriend who is graduating this year. Can you guess our school colors...LOL
I wanted to make this card CAS to have the focal point all on the grad hat.
To make my card I used a white cardstock base, added a layer of black cardstock and red designer paper both die cut using the More Stitched Rectangular Dies.
I used the Grad Night set to stamp the sentiment onto the designer paper and they die cut the grad hat in our school colors.
I popped the grad hat up onto a Stitched Circle die and the popped the circle die cut onto the card front.
I simple white Trendy Twine bow completed my card.
The perfect graduation card that can be used for any school simply by changing up the color combo.

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog!
Make sure to head over to the MCT blog for more inspiration!
Have a GREAT Thursday!!
