BOO...{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to MCT's Anything Goes Post!

Today the DT is showcasing any project we want using of course our MCT stamps and dies!

 Since Halloween is quickly approaching I wanted to share a cute treat idea using some of MCT's newly released stamps and dies. 

Take a look at my treat and let me know what you think....

I am such a huge fan of Miss Emma's adorable Lollipop Holder Dies and the Pumpkin one is perfect for making those quick and easy treat projects!

For my treat I die cut the Pumpkin Lollipop Holder Die in a fun pattern paper and added the stem and leaf that also comes with the set.

For the adorable face, I used the new Pumpkin Treat Topper set and die cut the face only in some black cardstock. I added the face to the lollipop holder and embellished it with some white gel pen doodles.

For the sentiment, I used the smallest of the Tag Frame Dies~ which is currently out of stock right now and stamped the "boo" using the new Halloween Banner Sentiments.

I punched a hole in the tag and added it to my treat using some brown hemp twine.

I added an Original Gourmet Lollipop, tied my project closed and this treat is ready to give :)

Welcome to my blog and another 

"Anything Goes" 

project with My Creative Time!

With Halloween just around the corner, I have a cute treat idea to share using of course all MCT stamps and dies.

Take a look at my project and let me know what you think...

To make my treat I used the adorable Stitched Mini Bag Die and some orange designer paper from my stash. Once the bag was die cut and assembled I added the pumpkin face in black cardstock. A little white gel pen decoration added some extra details to the pumpkin face.

For the sentiment, I used the Tag Frame Die and a stamp from the Happy Witchin set. The sentiment tag was attached to the mini bag with some green hemp twine and a painted brown mini clothes pin.

Filled with some sweet treats, this gift is ready to give for Halloween.

Welcome to Our Class!....{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone!

I am up on the MCT blog with a fun back to school treat!

My youngest started his senior year yesterday and even though the start of this year is NOTHING that we hoped it would be, I am sure he is going to make the most of his 2020-2021 senior year!

Since he is also too big for sweet treats like my project, I am sure any teacher/kiddo would love to see something like this on their desk.

To make my project I used the Stitched Favor Box Die and some fun apple pattern paper from Pebbles. Once the favor box was assembled, I added my sentiment using the You're All Write set. The sentiment tag was added to my project using a mini clothes pin.
Finally I finished my project by adding a brown Trendy Twine bow.

It's Your Day, Let's Celebrate!...{MCT Anything Goes}

Good morning everyone!

Welcome to my blog and another "Anything Goes" post with My Creative Time!

Miss Emma will be back next month with a new release BUT the DT wanted to jump in and share 2 days of "Anything Goes" posts which would normally be out new release week.

For my project, I have a birthday card to share using several MCT stamps and dies!

For my card today I used this beautiful pattern paper I was gifted from a friend and knew that it would make a great birthday celebration card.

To make my card, I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and then my designer paper die cut with the Stitched Rectangular Frame die.

The focal point of my card is that big stitched balloon which was die cut using matching designer paper from the paper pack. I did pop up the balloon for some extra dimension, tied a white twine ribbon around the base of the balloon where I added my sentiment.

The sentiment, from the Especially For You set was stamped onto the smallest of the Tag Frame Dies in white cardstock and layered with the Tag Frame Layer Die in kraft cardstock. A small hole was punched so I could add it to the balloon.

Another piece of white twine was added for the string of the balloon and for some extra elements I added 3 small stars in matching designer paper using the Have a Super Day set.

I am loving this simple card design becuase it can be made using different designer paper from a masculine card as well.

Hey Pumpkin!.....{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone!
Its Thursday which means another Anything Goes with
My Creative Time!
I love this time of year! Fall weather, sweaters and of course all things PUMPKIN!!
I am sharing another fall/Halloween treat idea using some of the newly releases dies from last week. Take a look at my candy sticks and let me know what you think...

These new tag dies from the Made with Love set are such a great size to add as toppers for these candy sticks. I used both layers of the die, one cut with black cardstock and the other die cut with designer paper from my stash to make the tag base.
Those CUTE pumpkin dies are from an older set~ Spooky & Creepy nights and I found that the sentiment from that same set fits perfectly on them.
The leaves are a new release from the Pumpkin Lollipop Holder Die and were attached to the pumpkins for a bit of color and added details.
I attached the tags to some Skinny Candy bags filled with orange M&M's and tied them all up with some Trendy Twine.
Quick and easy treats which would be great to hand out to those little trick or treaters!

A Note of Appreciation.....{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another

Anything Goes with My Creative Time!

It is back to school time~ my kiddos start on Wednesday 9/5 so in getting prepared for those teacher gifts, I made a note holder using the MCT die set~

If you haven't grabbed this die yet, you really need to! Its awesome for those mini post it notes and so fun to embellish for all kinds of projects!
I used the holder and die cut it using some green cardstock. I did add the circle center also from that die set for a spot to pop up my apple die which come from the Love to Learn set.
The sentiment was added to the bottom corner using the You're All Write set and then closed up with a simple hemp twine bow.
The perfect little holder for that special teacher.

My Creative Time!!

Today I am sharing a card using the newly released set~

XOXO Border Dies

When designing this card, I had ombre on the brain after seeing some pinterest projects using ombre ink. I thought, what if I  grabbed the XOXO die from the new XOXO Border Dies set, die cutting them out and making my own ombre background?
Well I LOVE the way this turned out!!!!
I used 2 shades of scrap pink cardstock and a piece of white cardstock and die cut the XOXO several times in each color.
They happened to fit PERFECTLY inside the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die where I stacked them up to fill the background.
Once the die cuts were all adhered to the card mat, I popped the whole piece up onto some foam and my card base.
For the sentiment, I used the Fun Stitched Tag Dies and the stamp set, You Touch My Heart. The sentiment was also popped up with some foam.
To finish off my card, I added some pretty pink sequins.

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas.....{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Boy is this week FLYING by! The countdown is on for Christmas and I still have a mile long list of things to do!

Before I get into today's MCT ANYTHING GOES project, I wanted to share this very exciting news~

Now for todays Anything  Goes project.....

I made a CAS Christmas card using several MCT products. Take a look and let me know what you think!

To make my card, I started with a black cardstock base and then added a layer of white cardstock die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die
The sentiment, from the Inside Christmas Cards set was stamped onto the card mat.
Moving onto the cutie Santa. I used the Scalloped Stitched Square Dies for the Santa background and then the Holiday Tag set for the belt and buttons.
Some matching sequins completed my card.
Festive, fun and easy to mass produce!

Happy B-Day...{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone!

Birthdays always seem to creep up so fast and then I scramble around looking for a card/gift to the birthday person. When Miss Emma released the new Cute Gift Tag Die I knew that the fun present die would be perfect for the Embossed Gift Card Holder

Take a look at my project and let me know what you think......

The best thing about this project, besides how quick and easy it is to put together, is that this can be made for both girls and boys depending on the designer paper you use.
I used just the present die from the Cute Gift Tag Die and popped it up onto the front of the Embossed Gift Card Holder. The sentiment, from the Fun Vertical Greetings was stamped onto the gift card holder.
I finished my project off by adding a few small stars from the Bunch of Stitched Stars set to compliment the present designer paper.

4 U Teacher.....{MCT Anything Goes!}

Good Morning everyone!

I am sharing a project today for My Creative Time's

Anything Goes Thursday!

School is starting for many next month so for my project today I used the newly released Stitched Square Box Die to make an adorable teacher gift.

How adorable is this??
To make my treat box, I started by die cutting the square box using white cardstock. Once both of the parts were cut, I used the Get Schooled stamp set and inked up (Tim Holtz Salty Ocean & Candied Apple) the white cardstock to look like lined paper.
That cute apple comes from the Love to Learn set, and each part was die cut using scrap cardstock. The apple was then popped up onto the front of the box.
The sentiment, from Chocolate Greetings was stamped onto the box next. 
After everything was on the box, I assembled it up and tied a green ribbon to the top.

This was so simple to make and would be so fun to hand out on the first day of school.

To My Little Firecracker.......{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone!

I am sharing a card today for My Creative Time's

Anything Goes Thursday!

Since the 4th of July is just around the corner, I made a cute celebration card using the newly released set~ Scalloped Stitched Circle

For my card I used designer paper from Doodlebug Designs~Patriotic Parade and even pulled out my prismacolor pencils!
To make this card I started with an A2 size card base, added a layer of white cardstock and then die cut the designer paper using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Next I die cut the circle and then the matching scalloped circle using the new set~ Scalloped Stitched Circles. The circle die cut was through the designer paper, the scalloped circle was with some matching navy cardstock from my stash.
The sentiment, from the set~ My Little Firecracker was stamped inside the circle and then the matching firecracker was stamped and colored using my prismacolor pencils.
Some added star die cuts from the 3 Star Stitched Dies were added for some extra details.
So there is my completed card....what do you think???

Hi friend......{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning Everyone!

It is time for another MCT Anything Goes and I am sharing a project using the newly released die~ Stitched Favor Treat Die

This project was made for a friend to just share a sweet treat with but the BEST thing about this new die is you can use it for so many holidays, events, parties...well just about ANYTHING! Just change up the papers and sentiments and you are ready to give this treat!!!

To make my treat box, I used designer paper from Echo Park~ Magical Adventure. After die cutting the Stitched Favor Treat Die I put the box together and placed it aside to complete my tag.
The tag was made using several MCT dies and stamps.
For the circles, I used the Scallop Die from the Mini Stitched Lollipop and topped it with a circle from the More Stitched Circle Dies. The "Hi" sentiment is from the stamp set~ Home Sweet Home
For the "friend" part of the tag, I used the Sentiment Label Dies and made the banner smaller to fit the sentiment from the set, All you need is Coffee (which I actually took only a part of the sentiment)

I attached the sentiment tag to the treat box using some Trendy Twine and my project is ready to give!
