You Are Unstoppable....{MCT Manly Monday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
Manly Monday with My Creative Time!
With the last release being so SUPER out of this world, I grabbed the sets Have a Super Day & Super Tag Dies along with a few other sets to make my manly card!
Take a look and let me know what you think...
I love the way this card turned out! A fun manly card with just enough color for any super hero!
To make my card, I started with a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. I pulled out my inks next to stamp out my design.
I used the set Main Street for the road scene, stamping the road and the houses in black ink.
Next I used the new set Super Tag Dies and made a stencil out of the super hero starburst. I inked each one in a different color and then added some fun stamped words inside each starburst using the Alpha Pack set.
Of course I needed my super hero so I used the silhouette die cut from the Have a Super Day set and added a matching inked cape behind him.
The sentiment is also from the same set and I stamped that onto the die banner from the Chocolate Greetings set.
I finished off my card with some colored stars added to each of the starburst!
A super manly card that can be used for any occasion! I so love how this turned out!!!

Well that is all I have for you today!
As always I appreciate you stopping by!
Make sure to head on over to the MCT blog for more inspiration!!!
Have a GREAT Monday!!

Have a Super Day!....{MCT Inspire Me Wednesday}

Good Morning Everyone!!
Welcome to another
My Creative Time~ Inspire Me Wednesday
Today's project is inspired by the AWESOME new release~ Have a Super Day & Super Tag Dies but also from some very adorable superhero cards I found stalking Pinterest HERE
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think......
To make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of black cardstock and then a white piece of cardstock die cut with the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die
Next I used the Bunch of Stitched Stars die and die cut it into the white cardstock allowing for the pretty star designer paper to show through.
Using the new Have a Super Day set, I added the silhouette superhero die cut in black cardstock, his cape die cut in red and the sentiment stamped under the star diecut.
Before attaching the super hero to the card, I used the starburst die cut from the Super Tag Dies to layer behind the superhero.
I finished off the card with a red twine bow.
A fun just because card!!

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog! Please head over to the
MCT blog for more inspiration!!

Introducing the stamp and die set~
Kindness

That world die is just AWESOME!!!
I kept my projects CAS to showcasing the sweet sentiment and that world die.
I used designer paper from my stash in a pale gray color and then die cut the world also using scrap cardstock. The world was then popped up onto the front of my card with the beautiful sentiment stamped under.
I further embellished my card with some small heart die cuts which are also part of the set Kindness and then tied it all together with a simple white Trendy Twine Bow.
Then for the tag, I used the new tag and layer from the Kindness set, stamped another sentiment also from the set onto the top layer of the tag and embellished with the remaining mini hearts from the set. The tag was also finished off with some Trendy Twine.

MCT 78th New Release Sneak Day 2

Good Morning and welcome to Day 2 of sneaks for the
78th New Release
from
My Creative Time!!

I hope you enjoyed the sneaks and inspiration from yesterday!
Today we have some SUPER sets to showcase!
Introducing...
Have a Super Day
&
Super Tag Dies
And here is my inspiration.....
I have 2 projects to share today using these new sets!
Both projects use both stamp and die sets and I got alittle inky making these.
I used the Super Tag Die super hero splotch and made a stencil which I then inked up onto both the card mat and tag mat.
I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Mustard Seed and Salty Ocean.
The tag, after I inked up the splotches, I added the stamped sentiment from the Have a Super Day set. I finished up the tag with some Totally Red Trendy Twine and this tag is ready for a gift.
The card  which I kept along the CAS line was designed onto a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Again I added the stencil and inked up the splotches using my distress ink.
I stamped the sentiment from the Have a Super Day set and then die cut the super hero lady using black cardstock. Of course since she is a Super Hero I added her red cape and assembled her onto the card from.
I finished off this card my adding some die cut stars, also from the new Have a Super Day set in the matching distress colors.

MCT 78th New Release Sneak Day 1

Good Morning and welcome to day 1 of sneaks for the
78th New Release from
My Creative Time!!

Today the DT will be showcasing the adorable new set~
You're All Write
Take a look at my inspiration using this set....
Ok now isn't that pencil just the CUTEST!!
I have 2 projects to share using this set. The first one is a mini post it note holder.
I have made these several times in the past and just LOVE how fun they are to make and share. I used the directions for the post it note that can be found HERE on my blog (there are actually a few different kinds of post it note holders found here too)
I added the designer paper from the  Cool Kid paper pack from Crate Paper for the lined paper which was die cut using the Stitched Squares Inside & Out set.
The sentiment is from the new You're All Write set which was stamped right onto the lined paper.
That cutie pencil, also from the You're All Write set was stamped and then paper pieces using scrap cardstock from my stash. He was then popped up onto the from of the post it note holder.
A mini pen and a matching post it note pad completed my project and it is now ready to give!!
My other project is a small tag that I added to a skinny clear bag of pencils.
The tag, from the Chunky Stitched Tag Die was die cut using the same lined paper. I stamped the sentiment, also from the set You're All Write onto the tag.
I stamped the mini pencil cutie onto some white cardstock and then I colored him using my prismacolor pencils.
The tag was attached to the skinny bag using some Totally White Trendy Twine.

Happy Birthday....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another MCT DT post day!
Today we are sharing Birthday Palooza projects!!
I have a fun birthday card to share using several different MCT stamps and dies.
Take a look and let me know what you think......
I feel like I am always in need of a birthday card and this one is definitely one that can be reproduced quickly and geared towards both a male or female depending on the designer paper you used.
For this card, I used designer paper from Pink Paislee~ Birthday Bash paper pack and layered the designer paper onto a white card base with a layer of kraft cardstock.
The designer paper was die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die
The fun big balloon is from the Stitched Circle Balloon Die and I added a white twine string which leads to my birthday message.
The sentiment is from the Teeny Tag Holidays set and was stamped onto the Teeny Tag Die.
A festive birthday card ready to give to the birthday girl!

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog!
