Loads of happiness inside...{MCT Just Cards}

Today the DT is sharing "Just Cards" and for my project I made a shaker using the newly released set from Friday. Take a look and let me know what you think....

It has been a while since I made a shaker and I forgot how easy and fun these are!!

I just love those little heart envelopes and thought they would look adorable inside a shaker card.

Here is a closer look at the shaker.

Like I said above, I used the new set~ Signed Sealed & Delivered for the sentiment as well as the envelopes

I made a white cardstock based, layered a piece of kraft cardstock and then die cut my designer paper using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.

For the center opening of my shaker, I used the Scalloped Stitched Circle set, a circle for the center and the scalloped circle for the frame.

I filled my shaker with the die cut envelopes as well as some red, pink and white seed beads.

To finish my card off, I stamped the sentiment onto the banner from Chocolate Greeting and tucked it into the scalloped frame.

So there is my shaker card! I hope you like it!

MCT 84th New Release Sneak Day 3

Good Morning and welcome to the final day of sneaks for the 84th New Release from

My Creative Time! It has been a great few days of adorable new MUST have dies but we have one more sneak to share before tomorrows BIG Reveal and Blog hop!

Today we are showcasing the super ADORABLE

Reindeer Lollipop Holder Die

and here is my inspiration...

How adorable is this reindeer!!!

For my project I made Rudolph with his sparkly red nose. I used the new reindeer lollipop holder die and all the piece that come with this set to put together my reindeer. I did add some white gel pen dots for the eyes just for alittle something extra.

The sentiment, stamped from the Oh Deer set was added onto the lollipop holder with the banner die from the Chocolate Greeting set.

I added some stickles to his nose and tied the Original Gourmet Lollipop inside the holder using some red Trendy Twine.

A quick and adorable treat perfect for Christmas!!!

here is my inspiration.....

These 2 new release sets are a must have for those upcoming baby announcements and showers! How adorable is that mom to be image???
I made this sweet baby set using several MCT dies paired with the new release stamp sets.
For the card, I used that sweet mom to be image and paired it with the sentiment also from the set. Since this can be given to both a mom to be expecting either a boy or girl, I used a fun pattern paper with both blue and pink colors.
I matched the card with some sweet party favors. I love that Mini Lollipop Die and made one for both a baby girl or baby boy.
How fun would this be for a baby shower?? The sentiment on the lollipop dies is from the new Baby Bump Add-Ons.

You Are Unstoppable....{MCT Manly Monday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another

Manly Monday with My Creative Time!

With the last release being so SUPER out of this world, I grabbed the sets Have a Super Day & Super Tag Dies along with a few other sets to make my manly card!

Take a look and let me know what you think...

I love the way this card turned out! A fun manly card with just enough color for any super hero!
To make my card, I started with a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. I pulled out my inks next to stamp out my design.
I used the set Main Street for the road scene, stamping the road and the houses in black ink.
Next I used the new set Super Tag Dies and made a stencil out of the super hero starburst. I inked each one in a different color and then added some fun stamped words inside each starburst using the Alpha Pack set.

Of course I needed my super hero so I used the silhouette die cut from the Have a Super Day set and added a matching inked cape behind him.
The sentiment is also from the same set and I stamped that onto the die banner from the Chocolate Greetings set.
I finished off my card with some colored stars added to each of the starburst!
A super manly card that can be used for any occasion! I so love how this turned out!!!

Chunky Tag Dies

and here is my inspiration.....

I am so excited that Miss Emma released another set of tag dies! I love making little treats and adding the cutie tags to them...so with St. Patty's day coming up soon I thought I would make one of those treats.

I used the Stitched Favor Box Die and die cut it with some pattern paper from Authentique. Next I added the cutie little shamrock die from the You're My Pot of Gold set.

The sentiment, from the Chocolate Greetings set was stamped onto the smallest of the new Chunky Tag Dies.

The tag was then attached to the favor box with some Totally White Trendy Twine.

A fun little box to give to a friend that was super simple to make and mass produce!!

3D Wednesday w/My Creative Time!

Good Morning and Happy New Year everyone!

I am excited to be sharing my first project for 2018 for another awesome design team year with My Creative Time!

And to start off the year, I get to share one of my favorite things to make~ 3D items!!!

Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, I made some Valentine's Day treats that are both easy to mass produce and I think turned out super cute!

To make my treats I used the Mini Stitched Lollipop & Scalloped die along with some beautiful designer paper from American Crafts.

Each treat was stamped with a sweet Valentine's Day message using the Chocolate Greetings stamp set 

I embellished the scalloped die for the tops of each treat with a heart die cut from the Stitched Heart Background Die

My treats were filled with mini Original Gourmet Lollipops and closed up with some Totally White Trendy Twine!

4 U Teacher.....{MCT Anything Goes!}

Good Morning everyone!

I am sharing a project today for My Creative Time's

Anything Goes Thursday!

School is starting for many next month so for my project today I used the newly released Stitched Square Box Die to make an adorable teacher gift.

How adorable is this??
To make my treat box, I started by die cutting the square box using white cardstock. Once both of the parts were cut, I used the Get Schooled stamp set and inked up (Tim Holtz Salty Ocean & Candied Apple) the white cardstock to look like lined paper.
That cute apple comes from the Love to Learn set, and each part was die cut using scrap cardstock. The apple was then popped up onto the front of the box.
The sentiment, from Chocolate Greetings was stamped onto the box next. 
After everything was on the box, I assembled it up and tied a green ribbon to the top.

This was so simple to make and would be so fun to hand out on the first day of school.

MCT 67th New Release Sneak Day 4~ Stitched Favor Box

Good Morning!!!
It is Day 4 of sneaks for the
67th New Release from
My Creative Time!

Today is a FAVORITE for me and I know you are all going to FLIP over our sneaks!
Introducing the
Stitched Favor Box
and here are the projects I made using them.....

How fun are these new Stitched Favor Boxes???
Since the end of the school year is almost here for us and I am sure for most of you too, I thought I would make some treats that would be perfect for that special end of the year teacher gifts.
To make these, I die cut the new Stitched Favor Boxes using kraft cardstock. I then stamped the cardstock several times with the cute apple and pencil images from the Write On stamp set. How about that~ custom designer paper!
I put the boxes together and placed them aside as I worked on the sentiment.
Using the Chocolate Greetings set, I stamped the sentiment onto the Ribbon End Banner and then tied the sentiment onto the top of the favor box using some Trendy Twine.
I felt the boxes were kinda plain so I grabbed the apple and pencil stamp/dies from All Around Everything 1 & 3 and colored them using my copics. The images were then attached to the banners to complete my projects!

I hope you are all having a GREAT week so far!!!

It's Thursday  which means time for another

My Creative Time~ Thoughtful Thursday

Spring is in the air here so my card was inspired by some of the beautiful flowers that are starting to come into the stores around town using the newly released Beautiful Day set.

I got a little inky with my card today and played around a bit with masking....not bad for my first time I have to say :)

To make my card I started with a white card stock mat that was die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die

Next I stamped the flowers randomly around the bottom of the card mat using the the Beautiful Day set. The flowers were colored using my copic markers and for some added dimension, I used my white gel pen and some white Nuvo Crystal drops for the centers.

Once the crystal drops were dry, I die cut the same flowers and laid them over the stamped images. Using Salty Ocean Distress Ink, I inked over the white card mat and when the die cuts were pulled up it left a beautiful colored background and a pretty white border around the flowers.

Moving onto the finishing touches of my card, I die cut a piece of black card stock and added the border using the set Pretty Edge Dies

The sentiment, also from the Beautiful Day set was stamped onto the banner die from Chocolate Greetings. 

One more flower colored with my copics was added above the banner sentiment to complete my card.

So what do you think of my card? I love the background and if you haven't tried masking yet, you really need to!!!

MCT "5 Days of Christmas" Day 5 ...{Holiday~Designers Choice}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to 

Day 5 of 

My Creative Time's 5 Days of Christmas!

Each day we will be sharing projects, with a theme to help you get into the holiday spirit.

All of our projects will be simple ones that you can recreate in a flash.

For Day 5 we are all sharing Designer Choice  projects

and here is what I made...

For my project I made another treat using a mini mason jar and some kisses.
Since I used the red kisses, I had to turn my jar into Santa Kisses!
I used the tags from the Holiday Tags set and stamped the sentiment onto it using the matching set as well as the Chocolate Greetings set. Also from the Holiday Tags set was the belt and buckle for Santa's belt which fit perfectly onto the tag.
Finished off with a red and white May Arts ribbon and these sweet kisses are ready to give.

Happy Holidays....{MCT Tag it Tuesday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
Tag It Tuesday with My Creative Time!!
I really hope you all LOVED and took advantage of the Flash Friday new release and sale!
I am totally LOVING those adorable new images and so for my project today I used the Christmas Tree stamp/die to make my tag and matching treat.
Take a look....

To make my tag I used some beautiful plaid designer paper from Carta Bella. I die cut the 2 layers of the tag from ~Just Tags and layered them for the tag base.

Next using the new Mini Lolly Add-Ons along with the scallop from the Mini Stitched Lollipop die I stamped the Christmas tree and popped it up onto the white scallop.

Finally for the sentiment, I used the All is Calm set~ love that font for this and stamped it onto the banner die from Chocolate Greetings.  I did alter the banner die a bit, shortening the length of the banner to fit my tag as well as adding the the "v" to the other end as well.

Some Nuvo Crystal Drops completed my tag.

And here is my whole project. I wrapped the chocolate nuggets in matching designer paper and filled a candy bag with the yummy treats.
I attached the tag to the treat bag using the Totally Black trendy twine.
This sweet treat is ready to be gifted!!

MCT 54th New Release Sneak Day 1

Just in time for Mother's Day..this set is going to be a must have!!!

I made my card for my MIL's birthday which just happens to be today :)

Her favorite color is purple so I wanted to center her card around that. I pulled out my copics for alittle coloring of this gorgeous flower bunch stamp/die. After I colored and die cut the stamp, I popped it up with some foam and added some silver thread to the backside. I think it added a bit of elegance to those gorgeous flowers...what do you think??

Next I stamped the new sentiment onto the banner die from the Chocolate Greetings set and popped that onto the flower bunch.

Some simple pearl embellishments finished off my card.

Kiss Me...{Trendy Twine DT}

 Good Morning everyone!
I am up on the Trendy Twine blog 

  to share a sweet Valentine's Day project using the featured products of the month~

Kraft Red Trendy Twine and the Kraft Tags with Metal Rims

Giving treats especially on Valentines Day is so fun, especially with yummy Kisses!

For my project I used the 1x8  Candy Tube and filled it with about 12 red wrapped kisses. 

Next I wanted my tag to be more on the simple side so I used a heart die (My Creative Time~Stitched Heart Layering Dies) to cut out the center of my tag, filled it with the Kraft Red Trendy Twine and then stamped my sentiment (My Creative Time~Chocolate Greetings)

To attach the tag to my candy tube, I wrapped more Kraft Red Trendy Twine around the top of the tube several times and then tied it all into a bow.
