Celebrate Today...{MCT 3D Wednesday}

Good Morning everyone and Happy Hump Day!
It is time for another 3D Wednesday with My Creative Time and today I am sharing a project in celebration with the 4th of July tomorrow!
Take a look at my 3D project and let me know what you think...
You all know how much I LOVE making 3D projects and when Miss Emma released the Stitched Mini Bag Die I know that this would be my go to die for treats!
This bag is so super easy to put together and the decorating is endless!
To make my project I die cut the mini bag in kraft cardstock and then stamped the front with the stars from the My Little Firecracker set.
Next I die cut 2 stars using the Bunch of Stitched Stars set and again stamped the stars onto each die cut.
The stars were popped up onto the front of the mini bag leaving room for my sentiment.
The sentiment, also from the My Little Firecracker set was stamped onto a Ribbon End Banner  and added to the front of the mini bag.
To finish off my project, I added some Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine

I hope you like my inspiration using the Stitched Mini Bag Die.
As always, thanks for much for stopping by!

MCT 92nd New Release Sneak Day 1.....{Sweet Little Smile}

Good Morning and welcome to
Day 1of sneaks for the 92nd New Release from My Creative Time!
We have 4 awesome days of sneaks showcasing some adorable new stamps and dies before Friday's BIG Reveal and Blog hop!
The DT hopes you will stop by each day for TONS of adorable inspiration using these new sets!

So lets get started on Day 1!!
Today we are showcasing the ADORABLE new stamp/die set~

Sweet Little Smile
Here is my inspiration...take a look and let me know what you think...
How adorable is this little elephant? I just LOVE her!
So to make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of pink cardstock and topped it with a piece of white cardstock that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
I did die cut some cute little stars into the top white layer using the Christmas Greetings set and Bunch of Stitched Stars set.
Next for the focal point of my card, I die cut a Stitched Circle in a pretty pink pattern paper and popped it up onto the card front. Using the new Sweet Little Smile set, I die cut my elephant and stamped the sentiment.
The elephant was colored with my copic markers and she was popped up onto the circle.
I also used the same pattern paper to paper piece her adorable little outfit.
For some added elements, I used the Stitched Circle Balloon Die, tied a white twine ribbon to it and popped it up above the elephant. Looks like she is holding it right?
A few more small white stars completed my card.

MCT Made In Minutes!

Good Morning everyone and
Happy Memorial Day weekend!
It is time for another MCT Made in Minutes~ a day where we share projects that are quick and easy to make.
I have 2 projects to share using the newly released
Take a look and let me know what you think...
I just LOVE this new die! So many great projects can be made and you all know how much I love making treats so here are 2 more I made using this die.
The first project I made for the upcoming 4th of July and did you know that a mini Original Gourmet Lollipop fits inside perfectly making this a another fun lollipop holder idea.
I decorated this project using designer paper from Doodle Bug Designs and added the sentiment from the set My Little Firecracker onto a star from the Bunch of Stitched Stars set.
2 more smaller stars from the same set in red and blue finished the decorating of the mini bag, a lollipop inside and a white Trendy Twine bow closed it all up.

The next mini bag uses designer paper from My Minds Eye and the stamp/die set~ A Sunny Hello.
I used the sun die from that set, the adorable mini face stamp and some chalk/white gel pen to put the sun together. She was then popped up onto the front of the mini bag after I stamped the sentiment onto the bottom part of the bag.
To embellish the bag little more, I added the small heart also from the same set in a matching pink color that I chalked the cheeks with.
I tied this bag all together with some black Trendy Twine, this time adding the bow in the front of the bag.

So there you have it, 2 quick and easy treat ideas using the new Stitched Mini Bag Die.
If you haven't already grabbed this die, you really should!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a GREAT Monday!

MCT 91st New Release Sneak Day 3

Good Morning everyone and welcome to Day 3 of sneaks for the
91st New Release from My Creative Time!
We have another awesome die to showcase today, I think this is my new FAVORITE
introducing the ...
Stitched Mini Bag Die
Take a look at my inspiration and let me know what you think...
This project idea was inspired my by son who is a HUGE Marvel fan and with the movie just released he said I had to make some Captain America :)
I used several MCT products for this and I have to say I am over the top happy with how it turned out!!
To make the bag, I used the new Stitched Mini Bag Die cut out in navy cardstock. It is the perfect size for some little candies.
The Captain America shield was made using the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies, More Stitched Circle Dies and the Bunch of Stitched Stars set.
The sentiment, stamped from the Have a Super Day set was inked onto the smallest of the Chunky Tag Dies and attached to the mini bag with some hemp twine.
How fun would these be as party favors for a super hero birthday celebration?!?!

Congrats....{MCT Gift Card Giving}

Good Morning and happy Thursday everyone!

Today is called Gift Card Giving and the DT is showcasing all the fun ways to make and give gift cards.

I have a gift card to share perfect for the upcoming graduation season!
Take a look and let me know what you think....
The Pretty Gift Card Holder Die is such a GREAT product and there are SO many ways to embellish it.
I made my gift card holder for the upcoming graduation season~ which I will be a part of, my son is graduating HS in June!!
To make my project I used some designer paper I found in my stash and die cut the gift card holder out. I also die cut the matching frame which I cut in white cardstock.
I used a medium star, die cut in gold to pop up onto the gift card holder. The star also holds up the frame where I stamped the sentiment and die cut the year.
A small die cut grad hat colored with a gold Wink of Stella pen completed my project.

Happy B-Day...{MCT Anything Goes}

Good Morning everyone!
I am sharing a project today for
Anything Goes Thursday!

Birthdays always seem to creep up so fast and then I scramble around looking for a card/gift to the birthday person. When Miss Emma released the new Cute Gift Tag Die I knew that the fun present die would be perfect for the Embossed Gift Card Holder

Take a look at my project and let me know what you think......
The best thing about this project, besides how quick and easy it is to put together, is that this can be made for both girls and boys depending on the designer paper you use.
I used just the present die from the Cute Gift Tag Die and popped it up onto the front of the Embossed Gift Card Holder. The sentiment, from the Fun Vertical Greetings was stamped onto the gift card holder.
I finished my project off by adding a few small stars from the Bunch of Stitched Stars set to compliment the present designer paper.

MCT 70th New Release Sneak Day 1

Good Morning everyone!!
Welcome to the start of the
70th New Release week of sneaks with
My Creative Time!
Miss Emma, of course is releasing another FABULOUS set of stamps and dies and I know you are all going to LOVE everything in this release!!!
So lets get started!!

Today we are showcasing the new die~
Large Scallop Stitched Rosette Die
and for my project I made a birthday ribbon. Take a look and let me know what you think!
How fun is this for a birthday kiddo?
My ribbon is about 7 1/2" so a pretty nice size for a celebration!
To make my ribbon, I used the new Large Scallop Stitched Rosette Die and die cut it out with some kraft cardstock.
I picked out a pretty set of designer paper from Carta Bella~ Boy oh Boy collection to add all the details of my ribbon.
The balloon was die cut using the Stitched Circle Balloon Dies  and adhered to the front of the rosette. The sentiment added to the balloon is a favorite of mine~ Some Days Simply Require
For the ribbon parts of my project, I used the Sentiment Label Dies and layered designer paper with some white cardstock.
I added some popped up stars from the Bunch of Stitched Stars set and finished my project off with a simple Totally Sky Trendy Twine bow.

So Happy for you Graduate......{MCT Whatever Wednesday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome toWhatever Wednesday
withMy Creative Time!

Today I have a graduation card and matching treat box to share that I made in my kids school colors but of course these can be done in any color combo.
Take a look and let me know what you think....
A while ago I did a tutorial for MCT on how to make your own stencil using MCT dies. You can look back at that project HERE.
I saved that stencil and used it to make the background of this card and to decorate the Stitched Favor Box Die. Those stars for the stencil came from the Bunch of Stitched Stars.
Once the background was inked up with my red distress ink, I stamped the sentiment using the new Grad Night stamp/die set as well as die cutting the grad hat to pop up onto the front of my card. A small enamel dot helped to hold the tassel in place as well.
Finally to complete my card, I die cut and layered all the pieces of the card mat using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die & More set.
A matching card and gift box all ready to give to the special graduate!

So what do you think???
I hope you like my project!

You Are Incredible.....MCT Thoughtful Thursday

Good Morning everyone!
I hope you are all having a GREAT week so far!!!
It's Thursday  which means time for another
I am on a mission to make more masculine themed cards to add to my stash.
I LOVE the new Mad for Plaid set so I used that to draw in my colors for this card.
I made a simple plaid panel of blue, yellow, green and a charcoal and layered it onto the Stitched Postage Frame Die.
The sentiment was stamped onto an oval die and centered onto the middle of my card layers.
It was kinda plain so I added some Totally Black Trendy Twine, some random blue sequins and 3 matching yellow Stitched Star Dies.

Let's Celebrate!

Good Morning everyone! It is my DT day over on the Trendy Twine Blog!

The 4th of July is just a few days away I have another fun project to share using the Large Kraft Pillow Boxes and my all time favorite Trendy Twine~the Stars and Stripes!
Did you know that you can emboss these Kraft Pillow Boxes??? I did this one with the stars embossing folder from Cuttlebug and it gave the pillow box such an awesome texture.
I did keep my project on the CAS side to really showcase the embossing on the box as well as show that wrapping some of the gorgeous Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine around the box and attaching a sweet tag is just the finishing touches a 3D project needs.
Here is a close-up of the twine holding on the star tag. For my tag I used one of the star dies from MCT~Bunch of Stitched Stars . The sentiment is from the newly released Wishing You Both The Best and was stamped onto the banner die from the Vintage Stitched Label Dies. You can also see more the embossing and how awesome it looks. Some random sequins in the red, white and blue and this project is ready for the 4th of July celebrations (filled with some candy of course)

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:

Happy 4th of July!

Good Morning Everyone!
It is my day to share a project on the Trendy Twine Blog!

The 4th of July is right around the corner and I have a fun project to share using the Large Kraft Pillow Boxes and my all time favorite Trendy Twine~the Stars and Stripes!

To make my project, I started with the Large Kraft Pillow Box and wrapped some DoodleBug Designs~Patriotic Parade paper around the center of the box. Next using 2 different sized Stitched Stars from My Creative Time, I die cut them out using matching paper. For the center of the star, I wrapped several back and forth rows of the Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine and then added another star to the back side of my embellishment to hold everything in place. It was then popped up onto the front of my pillow box using some foam pop dots.

Finally for the sentiment, I grabbed a toothpick and made a flag. I took the Teeny Tag Die from My Creative Time, stamped my sentiment using the Teeny Tag Holidays stamp set, wrapped some more Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine around the toothpick and tied it all together with a simple bow.

Here is what I used from Annie's Paper Boutique:
