It is my DT day over at The Alley Way Stamps so I am popping in quickly to share my card for today.

The count down is on to get all those last minute holiday gifts and cards made, purchased and sent out!

I have to admit I have never been this behind in my gift purchasing...

yup I still have a few more last minute gifts to get so that is my plan for the rest of the day!

For my project today I made a 
Christmas File Folder Accordion Mini Album
using several TAWS sets... I hope you like it!

This is the cover...I used the new December Release~

Doodle Frames for the belly band and stamped the

"x-mas" and the date using Alphabet Soup

Here is the inside...complete with 4 tags that can be used for pictures and/or journaling

(you can click on the pictures to get a closer look)

For these 2 tags I used stamps from

TAWS Be Inspired #16 Let It Snow

Today starts a new 

Be Inspired Challenge

and here is the inspiration picture

So for my card 

I followed this weeks sketch from Retro Sketches

and came up with this......

Kind of hard to think of snow when I took this picture in 60 degree weather and sunshine...LOL

But I know the white stuff will be here before we know it!
Anyways

I used a 2 of November's new release stamps from TAWS~

Framed and Jolly Holiday, as well as made my own sentiment using Alphabet Soup

If you look closely on the frame, I heat embossed snowflakes...just something little to add some additional texture to the white cardstock

For my project today I used the sketch from

iSpy Sketches

(the challenge is actually over but I still like the sketch)

and came up with this.....

I used several different CI Paint products~

• Deliquesce Black Embossing powder for the image and sentiment
• Gold CI Paint for the crown and for the cuffs on his jacket
• Resplendence Angel Dust for his beard

Snow Much Fun w/TAWS

Ok so for my card today I used this weeks sketch from

The Paper Players

and came up with this....

Both the adorable snowman and the snowflakes I used for the border are from the new set.

For the border I used versarmark, CI Paints

 clear embossing powder, Resplendence Angel Dust glitter and my heat gun 

for the shimmer and sparkle that the picture does not do justice in showing

I tried to get a close-up...hopefully you can see how cool this looks

For the snowman I stamped him, fussy cut him out and stamped him again on pattern paper so I could paper piece his scarf. He is just too cute...don't you think???

I hope you like my card for today...yes I know we are ways away from the snow

(who am I kidding....I live in Buffalo we could have snow in July..LOL) but I just could not help but start on my Holiday Cards!!

Now onto my project....
Today I am sharing a fun interactive card using the set~ 
Framed

I made a spinner card that my kiddo's pictures will be put into and given to their grandparents!

How fun is this???

I used the file from the Silhouette store and altered it just a bit so that the picture frame fit perfectly. I stamped all the my images on the dp and paper pieced the white on the camera. Added some glossy accents to those parts and attached it to the card front.

This is such a fun card to make and I know it will be adorable once the boys pictures are in there as well :)
