Craft Your Passion Challenge #77~ Color Challenge

Good Morning Everyone!
Today is my last day as a Guest Designer over at Craft Your Passion :(
It has been an amazing month with so much inspiration and love from everyone over at
I am sad to leave but hope to be a Guest Designer again in the future :)

This weeks challenge is a color challenge!
The color combo is:
Green, White Black and Yellow

For this challenge I am using a beautiful digi image
"What are U thinking fairy"
My image was colored using copics and stickles were added to the wings for some sparkle
All the paper is from my stash...I am trying so very hard to use it all up :)
I matted the whole card on white cardstock, then black cardstock.
I couldn't think of a sentiment to use with this so any suggestions would be great!

I hope you like my card and will hop over to Craft Your Passion to see all the other DT's projects and to link up your own project.

Thanks again to everyone over at Craft Your Passion for a GREAT month!!

Craft Your Passion Challenge #76~ Occupationals Hazards

Good Morning Everyone!
Hope you all had a great weekend!

It's time for another challenge over at Craft Your Passion.

This weeks challenge is Occupational Hazards #76
and the DT got the chance to work with images from
Dude Time Doodles/Bonibleaux Designs

Here is what I came up with
My image is Howie HotHotHot
I colored him with my copics and colored another image of his jacket, cut it out and layered it for alittle dimension.
I  added some glossy accents to his jacket for the shiny effect as well as on the water to give it the wet look.
I computer printed the sentiment....I had nothing in my stash of stamps that I felt worked with him and this was what I came up with~alittle corny I know :)
I also added some homemade skittles for alittle more extra.

I hope you will play along with us this week over at Craft Your Passion.

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a GREAT day :)

All Craft Your Passion DT members are going to be playing along in the hop with some very special guest designers.
Each designer along the way is featuring a project that showcases a digital image from at least one of our amazing Blog Hop Sponsors.
What’s more exciting is you can participate too by creating a project and linking it up over at Craft Your Passion Challenges for a chance to win one of several prizes.

But, there’s a twist. Be sure to visit all the stops and leave a comment. Once you have finished the hop we would like you to create a project using at least one digital stamp and enter it with our Linky tool.

While you are hopping, be sure to check out the blog candy the designer's have to offer you. You don't want to miss out on any of it!

For this hop I have 2 projects to share with you.

The first is my very 1st Paper Bag Mini Album!

I have to say these are so much fun to make and I can not wait till I have some more time to further embellish it.
I used this super adorable image from Bugaboo Stamps~ Deacon~School Sign It
He was colored with my copics and cut out.
After I put my paper bag mini together he was glued to the front cover.
I used The Cutting Cafe numbers from School Days and punched them out with my 1" circle punch for the date.
All the paper for this album is from DCVW~The Grade School Pack
The twine is from Trendy Twine in Peppermint Stick.
Do you see that adorable little scissors and apple~ Those are these really cute adhesive Glitter Shapes from Recollections. Perfect for my back to school album.
I have not decided if I am keeping this album or one of the kids teachers are receiving it as a gift.

My next project is a simple card using and adorable image from The Paper Shelter
I used the pre colored image Cute Little Clown and added her to sparkly green card stock.
I added an embossed line border around the image and stamped
my sentiment using My Creative Time~Many Greetings set
I made my own skittles and colored them with my copics.

BLOG CANDY ALERT!!
I do have alittle something to offer all you hoppers!

I found these super adorable Halloween stamps at Michael's

AWWW so adorable right!

All you have to do is leave me some blogging love :)

It's Time For Another Craft Your Passion Challenge #75

Good Morning Everyone!
Thanks for stopping by for another Craft Your Passion Challenge and for my second project as a Craft Your Passion Guest Designer.
This weeks challenge is:
The "F" Word
No not that....anything crafty that begins with the letter "F"~ flowers, felt, feathers, folds, flower soft...you get the picture right?

This is what I came up with~
The DT was provided with some image choices and I chose this image from Kenny K~ Queen's Cutie.
I colored her with my copics in the following colors

I took her and photo copied my colored image then ran the image though my Tim Holtz FilmStrip Frame Die.
The negatives are what I used to fill in the Filmstrip I cut out in black cardstock.

I used my gypsy and made a "bench" using my George and Basic Shapes Cartridge...a rectangle and two x's welded together.
My colored image was placed on the bench ontop of the filmstrip.

The Sentiment is from My Pink Stamper~Pinka~licious and the frame is My Creative Time's Curly Label.

I also added FIVE gems...
used
FIVE colors
and
the FILMSTRIP.

I hope you enjoyed my project and will hop over to see what the other DT members have created.
Then make your own "F" project and link it up over at Craft Your Passion.
There are prizes to be won and you can win if you don't enter :)

Thanks for stopping by and see you all later :)

"Craft Your Passion" September Guest Designer~ Challenge #74

Morning Everyone!

This is my first post as one of the September Guest Designers over at Craft Your Passion.
I was so super excited to be asked and hope I can live up to the amazing DT over at CYP :)

This weeks challenge is Anything Goes and a Twist~add Flowers

The DT was given an image from Digi's by Phooka to work with and here is what I came up with~~
I chose the super adorable turtle :)

I made a shape card using a cut from George and Basic Shapes and welding it with my gypsy.
The digi was them printed on 3 different papers so I could paper piece.
I love how the turtle turned out~
I used paper from DCWV~ Playtime Stack as well as white and green cardstock.
After cutting and piecing the whole turtle together I added some stitching on the shell and some stickles to his cheek.
For the flower part of the challenge I cut flowers out of felt using my cuttlebug and a flower die and just added some glittery brads to the center.
The flowers were hot glued down and the turtle is on an action wobble for some added fun :)
With some Trendy Twine in Twisted Lime, some more stickles to my dollar stamp sentiment and black gel pen stitching around the outside my card came to be!

This was such a fun image to work with and I hope you enjoyed my card.
Make sure to hop over to Craft Your Passion and see all the DT's projects and link up yours as well!!

Thanks for stopping by and Have a Very Happy Labor Day!!
