D2D Autumn Mums Card

Hi everyone!
I wanted to share a quick card I did for D2D Friday Image Challenge and for
Saturday's Challenge
The image is Autumn Mums that I colored with my copics.
I cut another image and colored it the same as the first and cut just the mums out so I could pop the image up.
The paper used is from Cloud 9 Seasonal Stack
Sentiment is from My Craft Spot~ Happy Fall
To give the pot some extra dimensions...I added crackle accents. I'm not sure if the picture really shows it but the pot looks so cool!
To enter this into Saturday's challenge~Die Cut Diva's my 2 die cuts are the image and the frame for the image.

Thanks for stopping by....sorry for the quick post.
See you all tomorrow :)

Belated Birthday Card w/ D2D Image

Good Morning Everyone!
I have my weekly D2D freebie I received last week for completing my project and wanted to get this card finished because tomorrow is a brand new image day :)
This weeks image was Happiness Blooms
and here is my card
I really love the way this card came together.
I colored the image with my copics and for the center could not decide on colors so instead I made my own rolled ribbon center.
It for sure gives the flower the extra texture I was looking for!
I added Creative Inspiration Paints to the petals in Light Purple and it gives it some beautiful sparkle.
I used eyelets up the side and ran my seam binding through that...again for some more texture.
The sentiment is computer generated and I know there is always a need for belated birthday cards.

I am entering this into the following challenges:
Birthday Sundaes~ Belated Birthday
D2D~ Friday's Free Image Challenge

Thanks for stopping by and see you all tomorrow :)

Milk Carton Gift w/ Bugaboo Digi and D2D Fall Mini Card

Hi everyone!
I have two projects to share today and hopefully will be posting again later with another project I am working on.

First is this super adorable Milk Carton gift~ A Just Because that can be filled with anything.

The Milk Carton is a file from The Cutting Cafe.
Not too long ago Regina had a special on her Milk Cartons~ I purchased a bunch and LOVE these easy gift containers.
The Paper is from DCWV~ The Playtime Stack
The image is one of my favorites from Bugaboo Stamps~Deacon Swing.
I used the awesome tutorial from Melanie over at In Love With a Bug  and was able to print and cut the image out using SCAL. The scalloped frame was also cut with SCAL for a perfect fit.

Deacon was colored using these copics
and
the sentiment is from BugBites~ All Year Round
I cut my own tag and attached it with a sparkly brad to some green ribbon from my stash.

I can not wait to fill this and give it to someone ~ Just Because :)

I am entering this into:
Papercraft Star~ Anything Goes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My next card is a mini that I made using the image from D2D~ Autumn Harvest
It measures 3 x 3
I printed the image out and colored it with my copics
The DP is from Cloud 9 Seasonal Pad
and
The stamped sentiment is from My Craft Spot~ Happy Fall!
D2D~ September Freebie~~ Halloween Tag
Hi everyone!
If you are looking for my Craft Your Passion Guest Design Post click here.
I have another project to share with you today.
I received my D2D image Falloween cat and I decided to make a tag using the image
Here it is :)
I wasn't too sure when I started putting it all together that I was loving it but that has changed.
I love the way it came out!!
The image is this weeks freebie over at D2D. If you complete this weeks challenge next week the image will be emailed to you. It goes on this way every week as long as you link up your project.
The tag was cut from a new file from The Digi Bistro that Cher will be putting out in her store really soon.
The paper is from Making Memories~Toil & Trouble
I used Fiskars Halloween Night stamp and heat embossed the sentiment and spider
The ribbon is from my stash and in order to be able to enter this over at Icopic I added stickles to the edge of the tag and on the cat.
And these are the copic colors I used to color the image.
I just love this time of year with the Fall, back to school and Halloween right around the corner.
Now I just have to get a jump start on my Christmas cards.
That's for November right ?!?!
Well thanks for stopping by!
Have a great night!!
I received my freebie image from D2D for their weekly challenge and here is what I came up with.
This image was very easy to work with...I'm not so sure I like the background paper but it works with my colors :)
These are the colors I worked with and yes...Tami...if you are reading this I did use my white gel pen and added my doodles :)
Thanks for stopping by and saying hi!!
D2D~Stitched Pumpkin Card w/Bugbite's All Year Round Sentiment
Hi everyone!
I completed another challenge for D2D with this weeks freebie~ stitched pumpkins.
For this card instead of coloring with my copics I decided to do alittle paper piecing.
The paper is from Cloud 9~ Seasonal Stack
Recollections primary color pack and scraps from my stash
The image is from Designed 2 Delight
The sentiment is from Bugbites~ All Year Round.
I also added some foam dimensions to the pumpkin and the leaf...not sure if the picture shows it too well.
Oh yeah the background stamp is from a Stampin Up set that I had (most of the stampin up stamps that I have are not grouped by name so I don't know what set they come from...that's the way I got them)
Well that is all I have for tonight...thanks for stopping by and have a great night!
See you all tomorrow :)
