Happy Birthday.....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
MCT Birthday Palooza project!!
You can never have too many birthday cards in your stash and this card is so easy to make using MCT stamps and dies.
Take a look and let me know what you think...

Rainbows and birthdays seem to go hand and in hand and I just LOVE how this card turned out!
To make my card, I started with a kraft cardstock base and added a layer of white cardstock using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Next using the Script Words stamp set and some Tim Holtz Distress Ink I stamped the sentiment in my rainbow inks. I also grabbed the Stitched Sweetheart small heart die and cut them in the matching inks.
Each of the hearts were then popped up onto the birthday sentiment in a random pattern.
To complete my card I added the "to you" sentiment using part of another sentiment from the Time to Celebrate stamp set.

I Love You......{MCT Made in Minutes}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another My Creative Time DT post :)

Today we are sharing "Made in Minutes" projects!!

With the recently released Celebration Tags set on Friday of course I had to use it to make my project for today! I just LOVE how fast and easy this new set makes putting a project together

Valentine's Day is fast approaching so I took the opportunity to make a sweet treat using the new Celebration Tags set. I think from start to finish this project was completed in about 15 minutes!

I keep the tag simple, using only kraft, white and red cardstock.

The tag bases were layered and then using the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies, I added the large heart to the center of the tag. It was popped up onto the front for some added dimension.

The sentiment along with the banner is also from the new Celebration Tags set. I added that to the heart and then finished the tag off by adding smaller kraft hearts (Stitched Sweetheart Set) and the adorable mini hearts (Celebration Tags)

The tag was then attached to an M&M filled candy stick and tied on with some red and white twine.
A sweet treat perfect for Valentines Day!

And here is my inspiration using this adorable new stamp and die set....


I had this cute kraft and pink polka dot gift bag in my stash that I thought would be perfect for the sentiment in this new set. I used the Chunky Stitched Tag Dies for my tag layers, stamping the sentiment onto the white layer. For some extra embellishing, I die cut the smallest of the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies, attaching them to each corner of the tag. I tied the tag onto the gift bag with some white Trendy Twine which completed my project.

Sweet Wishes just for you!.....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another 

MCT Birthday Palooza post!

Today the DT is showcasing fun projects with a birthday theme and for my project I used the newly released Pretty Treat Topper for packaging my cupcake embroidered planner clip.

Take a look and let me know what you think....

To make the topper, I kept it simple and started with a kraft cardstock base and added the top layer using white cardstock. The sentiment is from the  set Light the Candles... and it was stamped in the center of the white cardstock leaving room around so I could add some hearts.
Those adorable hearts are from the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies set which I coordinated with the planner clip I embroidered using felt.
To package up my clip, I made a backing card using the More Stitched Rectangular Die which fits perfectly inside my little bag.
I finished off my birthday gift with a matching white, blue and pink Trendy Twine bow.

MCT 80th Edition Sneaky Peek Day 3

Today the DT is showcasing the sets~

and here is my inspiration....

Another great stamp and die set and that freebie just adds more sentiment choices to coordinate with the new dies! A perfect set for any crafter/sewer!!
I used the silhouette die cut from the You’re Sew Special set and the sentiment is from the Thanks Sew Much freebie set.
I added some tape measure ribbon that I have had in my stash forever and placed it on top of Stitched Sweetheart Die.
Some enamel dots and a few straight pins added just enough embellishing to finish my card.

Good Morning everyone! 
It is Thoughtful Thursday over on the My Creative Time blog and I have a card to share using some newly showcased products!!
Hopefully you hopped with the DT this past weekend for the 53rd new release! 
For my card I used the awesome new Ribbon End Banners and the Fun Notes set.
I wanted to keep my card along the simpler side so my focal piece is all situated on the large stitched heart die.
I embellished with a few enamel dots but the rest of the card is using all MCT stamps and dies!!

America's Favorite Pastime! {Trendy Twine DT project}

Good Morning Everyone!

It is my day to post on the Trendy Twine blog and I am here to share another "Summer Night" project using the featured products of the month~

 Aqua Midnight along with the Clear Pillow Boxes

When I think of summer nights, I think of sitting outside watching America's Favorite Pastime~ Baseball!!! Since my son plays, we spend many of summer nights at the ball field and a wildly popular ball park snack are sunflower seeds. 

Using a Small Pillow Box, I filled it with a very generous serving of sunflower seeds. Next I wrapped the gorgeous Aqua Midnight Trendy Twine around the pillow box to keep it sealed extra good.

I added a cute heart tag, a matching mini clothes pin and held it all in place by tying the ends of my twine into a bow. I actually used 4 different My Creative Time stamps and dies for the tag. The Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies was for the heart. Then for the sentiment and circle I used the Scallop & Stitched Circle die along with the Grand Slam stamp set. Finally for the baseball stamp and the circle die cut, I used again the Grand Slam stamp set and the smallest of the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.
