Happy Birthday To You...{MCT Manly Monday}

Good morning everyone!
Welcome to another Manly Monday with My Creative Time!
So I messed up for todays post :(
I had my weeks screwed up and made a Birthday Palooza tag that isn't really manly but I am going to share it anyways.
Take a look and let me know what you think....
I used the newly released More Chunky Tag Dies and layered 3 of the tags onto one another. The base is kraft cardstock, then a piece of white cardstock and the top layer is a polka dot patter paper from October Afternoon.
I used the Celebration Tags set for the sentiment frame and stamped the sentiment onto the tag using the same set.
The adorable cupcake die is from the Light The Candles set and was die cut using yellow and red polka dot paper also from the October Afternoon paper pack.
A kraft twine ribbon completed my tag.

So with some more masculine designer paper and maybe not adding the extra heart die cut to the cupcake, my project would have fit the theme for today...LOL!

Anyways I hope you liked my tag. As always thanks for stopping by and checking out my project!

Have a GREAT Monday!!!

Happy Birthday to You....{MCT Gift Card Giving}

Good Morning everyone!
I have another post to share today for My Creative Time.
Today we are showcasing "Gift Card Giving" projects and I hope you like the project I made.
Take a look and let me know what you think....
One of my favorite dies from MCT is the Embossed Gift Card Holder and I paired that with the newly released Celebration Tags set to make my birthday gift card holder.
I started with a kraft cardstock base die cut using the Embossed Gift Card Holder. Then using the new Celebration Tags set, I die cut the cupcake using designer paper from Lawn Fawns Perfectly Plaid Fall pad.
I also used the tag layers to then pop up the cupcake onto the front of the gift card holder.
The sentiment as well as the banner die, both from the Celebration Tags set was stamped and popped up onto the gift card holder.
I added a few matching designer paper hearts and the adorable cherry die from the Light the Candles set to further embellish the gift card.
To finish off the gift card, I stamped the "to" and "from" from the Just Tags set.
I really love how this turned out and will make more similar to this using different designer paper to add to my stash :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a GREAT Thursday!

Make a Wish!....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another My Creative Time DT post :)
Today we are sharing "Birthday Palooza" projects!!
You can never have to many birthday cards on hand, right?!?!
I made this card (probably) to give to my son who turns 18th in less than a month!
Take a look and let me know what you think...
Birthday cards are so fun to make and even more fun to give. I kept this card on the simpler side since it is for an 18 year old :)
Even though I made this for my son, I went with bright colored candles in a rainbow pattern using the Make a Wish set. Once I die cut each of the candles and flames, I added some wink of stella glitter for some extra sparkle on the flames.
I popped the candles up onto a piece of designer paper that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. Once attached, I threaded some Totally White Trendy Twine behind the candles to tie into a bow.
The sentiment, stamped from the Light the Candles set was then added below the candles.
Such a colorful birthday card! I love it!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a GREAT Tuesday!
IF you are in the path of this COLD and snowy weather, please stay warm and safe. We are and they are calling for up to 2 feet of snow in some areas and bitter cold wind chills.
My boys are hoping for a snow day or two..LOL!

Sweet Wishes just for you!.....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
MCT Birthday Palooza post!
Today the DT is showcasing fun projects with a birthday theme and for my project I used the newly released Pretty Treat Topper for packaging my cupcake embroidered planner clip.
Take a look and let me know what you think....
To make the topper, I kept it simple and started with a kraft cardstock base and added the top layer using white cardstock. The sentiment is from the  set Light the Candles... and it was stamped in the center of the white cardstock leaving room around so I could add some hearts.
Those adorable hearts are from the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies set which I coordinated with the planner clip I embroidered using felt.
To package up my clip, I made a backing card using the More Stitched Rectangular Die which fits perfectly inside my little bag.
I finished off my birthday gift with a matching white, blue and pink Trendy Twine bow.

As always, thanks for stopping by my blog!

Have a GREAT Thursday!!

I stamped my sentiment using the Light The Candle set and placed the labels on the front of the treat holder. Some kisses in a cellophane bag, tied with some Trendy Twine completed my project!

My next project is using all the same sets but this one was made for St. Patty's Day!
I used the sentiment from You're My Lucky Charm and used the label dies as a tag on my cellophane bag.
For the treat holder, I added that cute clover from the You're my Pot of Gold set!
