Happy Pumpkin Spice Season.....{MCT Trending Now}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another

"Trending Now" with My Creative Time!!

Today's trending now is "Fall Harvest"

The DT was asked to make anything that has to do with fall.

Well fall I think is my favorite time of the year~ know why??

PUMPKIN season!!!!

My inspiration comes from all things pumpkin, especially Pumpkin Coffee!!

Take a look at my card and let me know what you think......

I made my card using several stamp/die sets.
I started with my favorite, the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die for the top layer of my card and layered it on a piece of white cardstock and a kraft A2 size card base.
Next I stamped my sentiment using the Gobble Gobble set.
The focal point of my card is that adorable coffee cup from the set~ We're Better Together. I did add the die cut pumpkin to the cup from the Mini Lolly Add-Ons. The little leaf I also added to the pumpkin is from the new set~ Build a Fall Wreath.
To finish up my card, I added a gold thread nest behind the cup and some matching green and orange sequins.
A sweet fall card for a pumpkin spice fan!!

MCT 70th New Release BIG Reveal & Blog Hop

 This has been such an AWESOME week of  amazing inspiration from the DT~ don't you think???

But there is one more day of projects with so lets get started....

For my project, I get to showcase the new

Build A Fall Wreath
take a look at the card I made using this set.....

I went alittle rustic with my card for today adding lots of texture by using my stamps.
To make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base and then moved along to work on my card mat.
I die cut a piece of white cardstock using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die
and another piece in the kraft cardstock also.
On the kraft cardstock, I used the Grainy Wood Background stamp and some veramark ink for the cool texture of the tree.
I grabbed my More Stitched Edges Die for the torn paper look, cut the cardstock and placed the 2 pieces aside for later.
Moving onto the white cardstock....I pulled out a few of the different leaf stamps from the new Build a Fall Wreath set and randomly stamped them onto the cardstock using Distress Ink.
Once I had the stamping the way I liked, I layered the kraft pieces onto the white cardstock making just part of the stamping show.
To then complete my card, I stamped the sentiment, again from the new Build a Fall Wreath set, added the tree die cut from the Seasonal Greetings set and die cut some of the smallest stamped leaves to pop up onto the tree.
Some light inking around the edges, foam on the back of the card mat for some extra height and mounted onto my card base completed my project.

MCT 70th New Release Sneak Day 3

Good Morning everyone!! It is Day 3 of sneaks for the

70th New Release

My Creative Time!

Today we are showcasing the new  set~

Build a Fall Wreath
take a look at the shaker card I made using this set...

To make my card, I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and then the top layer of Perfectly Plaid Designer paper from Lawn Fawn.
The shaker part of my card was made using the More Stitched Circle Dies and then filling the inside with sequins and the new leaf dies in the Build a Fall Wreath set. I die cut several of the leaves, stamped them with their matching stamps and closed up the shaker with a kraft circle backing.
The sentiment was stamped onto the new banner die also in the Build a Fall Wreath set and then popped up over the front of the shaker
Some random matching sequins added to the card front completed my project!
