Happy Birthday.....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another
MCT Birthday Palooza project!!
You can never have too many birthday cards in your stash and this card is so easy to make using MCT stamps and dies.
Take a look and let me know what you think...

Rainbows and birthdays seem to go hand and in hand and I just LOVE how this card turned out!
To make my card, I started with a kraft cardstock base and added a layer of white cardstock using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Next using the Script Words stamp set and some Tim Holtz Distress Ink I stamped the sentiment in my rainbow inks. I also grabbed the Stitched Sweetheart small heart die and cut them in the matching inks.
Each of the hearts were then popped up onto the birthday sentiment in a random pattern.
To complete my card I added the "to you" sentiment using part of another sentiment from the Time to Celebrate stamp set.

Happy Birthday...{MCT Birthday Palooza}

Good Morning everyone and welcome to another MCT DT post day!

Today we are sharing Birthday Palooza projects!!

I have a fun birthday card to share using several different MCT stamps and dies.

Take a look and let me know what you think...…

For my card today I made a masculine birthday card but this can also be changed with different color balloons to make a girly card.

To make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and then die cut the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die in a pattern paper from my stash.

Then using the Stitched Large Balloon Dies and some Echo Park Dots pattern paper I added 3 balloons.

For the sentiment, I used the Script Words stamp set for the balloon strings.

Some enamel dots for some extra details completed my card.

So there is my completed card. I hope you like it!!

Inspire Me Wednesday w/ MCT

Inspire Me Wednesday with My Creative Time!

Today's inspiration comes from this Pinterest post HERE

I took the main idea of the card and matched it with some newly released My Creative Time stamps and dies.
I hope you like my card....

To make my card I started by die cutting several of the smallest balloons and arranging them to make a background. Once I had the balloons laid out how I wanted them I used a rectangular frame die to make the card mat.
I used the same balloon to die cut a pattern paper one which was then popped up onto the front of the card. I did attach some trendy twine for the string and added some extra sparkle by using the sequins.
For the sentiment, I stamped it onto a piece of vellum and then angled it. Something alittle different and fun!

MCT 55th New Release Sneak Day 4

Good Morning and welcome to the final day of sneaks for the

55th New Release 

from My Creative Time!

It has been an amazing week of inspiration and we have 1 more day before tomorrows BIG reveal and blog hop!

Today's new stamp/die set is:

I have 2 cards to share using these sets......

For my first card I used both sets for another fun birthday card. I used one of the new balloon dies for a shaker embellishment. The sentiment is one of the new stamps in this releases freebie!!

My next card is a CAS watercolor one perfect for the upcoming graduation season! I matched these colors to our high school colors but any color combo would work!
I used another one of the new sentiments, stamped onto the watercolor paper after I had added my color and let it dry completely. 
That grad cap is a favorite die of mine especially this time of year! It was popped up onto my card using some foam.
A quick and very easy card to make and mass reproduce!
