Good Morning, Happy Friday
and
Welcome to the Head of the Class Blog Hop with My Creative Time!
Miss Emma has designed this mini release with some AWESOME Back to School stamps and dies plus a bunch of add on dies to match some of the already released ones.
Sit back, you get to take a front seat in the class :) while the DT showcases these new releases.
Now you should be coming from the VERY talented
but if you are just stopping in, make sure to head back to the start~ the AMAZING
You are not going to want to miss a thing! She really ROCKED another awesome new release (well she always does, doesn't she?? Of course!!)
I have 3 different projects to share, hope you like them!
A while back Emma made this adorable treat pouch using the Tri-fold Card Die (she has a GREAT video showing how she made it too). I used the same technique she did and made it to hold some pencils. I ended up cutting off the decorative top to the die cut to add the notebook border. I did add some machine stitching around the sides and bottom to made sure my pocket does not separate.
Then using the new Love to Learn set, I die cut the chalkboard, the welcome back sentiment and the awesome pencil! Isn't it just adorable?? LOVE the stitching on it too!!! I did use the other new release~Write On to stamp the number 2, the scribble from the You are Fabulous to place under the pencil and then finished up my project with some enamel dots and some Trendy Twine.
My Creative Time Supplies Used:
Love to Learn (New Release)
Write On (New Release)
Other Supplies Used:
DCWV~The Grade School Stack
Trendy Twine~ In the Navy, Cranberry, Lemon Tart
Sewing Machine
Enamel Dots

Next up are these adorable pencil sucker covers.
I love making treats to hand out. Even though my boys are older now and probably wont be handing these out to their teachers, these would for sure make a GREAT Teacher Appreciation treat for younger kiddo's to give to their teachers. For these I used the 2 new sentiments from the Write On stamp set. This set is packed with awesome new sentiments! Since I hid the Kawaii face that came with the file, I thought it would look adorable with a Peachy Keen face instead. And since the sentiment is "sweet" along with the sucker inside, I used the adorable Sweet & Innocent face assortment set :)
Finished off with some Totally Black Trendy Twine, these are ready to be given to that special teacher!

Last up is a card I made using the Freebie Stamp set that everyone will receive when they place an order this weekend! Whooo Hooo!!!
I wanted to keep my card on the simple side to make the sentiment the focal point. Using the Stay Focused stamp, I stamped it onto the inside piece of the Just Simple Live frame die. I cut a frame slightly larger and mounted the sentiment onto it. Using the new Stitched Decorative Banner dies, I die cut 3 pieces using the largest die and just extending it to make it longer. Some random enamel dots and this card was completed.
