It is time for another Stella Say Sketch Challenge

This is the sketch #110 for this week

and here is my take on the sketch

I used the adorable Deacon Baseball

I made this card for my son who is trying out for the 8U Travel Baseball Team

He has worked very hard and I think he has a really good chance of making the team.

Good Morning Everyone!!

It is Sunday and time for another challenge over at

Creative Inspirations Paint!

This weeks challenge is...

Inspired by:Rainbows/ Rainbow Colors!

We want to see all your projects using either a rainbow or the colors of the rainbow

and here is what I made

I did it again and got hooked on painting the satin ribbon...

this time using Creative Inspirations Paint in the following colors:

Garnet, Mango, Sunshine, Evergreen, Aqua Marine, and Plum

This was my original idea

I used my Fiskar's heart punch and then lined the back with my painted ribbon...

I had extra ribbon and could not let it go to waste

so I made a second card

I really enjoyed the CAS design and letting the colored ribbon be the main focus of my cards.

Select white and True black

Paints~ Creative Inspirations Paint

Garnet, Mango, Sunshine, Evergreen, Aqua Marine, and Plum

Ribbon~ 5/8" Satin Ribbon

I did make this to send to a friend that lives many states away and I have not seen her in

what seems like FOREVER!

Here is what I came up with..

I LOVE the clock face so I wanted to make that my front and center image

It is really a pretty simple layered card

that after spending so much time on I think I finally got it to where I am happy with it.
