Boo!! Halloween Challenge Card

Good Morning Everyone!!

I am suffering the beginning of a cold and feeling not so great so I am posting this then going to rest for a while till the kiddo's get home and the afternoon of chaos begins!

For my card today I used this weeks challenge sketch over at

Fetch a Sketch

Here is my take on that sketch

My card base is from Stretch Your Imagination

The Paper is from Bo Bunny

I used George and Basic Shapes for the circle and rectangle cuts

That adorable monster is from Mini Monsters

I attached googly eyes and put him on an action wobble...to cute to spook for sure :)

For my sentiment I used some metal letters I had in my stash and hot glue gunned them in place

All the edges were inked with Tim Holtz ink.

For the inside (since this is double sided paper) I cut the card base slightly smaller in white and attached it.

That way I can write my message inside.

The Cutting Cafe~ Case It Tuesday Card and CYP Blog Candy Winner

Good Morning!

I wanted to share another Case It Tuesdays card with you that I did for The Cutting Cafe's weekly challenge



This weeks challenge was using the colors RED,ORANGE,BLACK and WHITE and

either

Copy and Selectively Edit

or

Copy and Share Everything

For My card I used the Monster Love Background and A Bunch of Monsters Sentiment.

I cut my monster from Mini Monsters at 2.5"

and added a googly eye :)

He was cut using the colors for this challenge

I did add the sentiment to the upper corner like the inspiration photo and attached some Trendy Twine in place of the ribbon.

I think this came out so adorable and I love using these files from The Cutting Cafe!

"Boo" Halloween Card using Mini Monster's Cartridge

Morning Everyone!

I have a card to share today that I made for a few challenges.

I just recently picked up the Mini Monster's Cartridge on Ebay for a deal and have only played with it once.

Since Halloween is only a few weeks away I really wanted to play more with it.

Here is my creation~~

Spooky cute~don't you think?

For this card I used K & Company~Spook~Tacular paper that I just got from Michaels. Love this paper pack!!

I cut the ovals from George and Basic Shapes~one at 3 x 4 and the other 2.75 x 3.75

The ghost is from Mini Monsters and he is cut at 2.5. I cut all his layers and decided that these googly eyes made him look so much cuter.

I didn't have ribbon that matched so I used white grosgrain ribbon and colored it with my copics~V15. The picture is really hard to tell but it is a perfect match!

The sentiment is from Friskar's~Halloween Night Stamp set

Buttons are from my stash and I added Trendy Twine in Orange Licorice.

Mini Monster Shape Card~ " Have a Fang-tastic night!"

Hi Everyone!

I am so super excited! I just received my Mini Monster's Cartridge that I won on Ebay. I have been waiting and bidding forever and finally got it!

So it came yesterday and I had to give it a try :)

Erika over at Crafty Sprouts is having a "Get in Shape" challenge~ make a shape card and this cart has tons of card features!

I went with the Vampire and cut him at 5".

I added googly eyes for a fun effect and some white gel pen for some extras.

I stamped the sentiment from My Creative Time~ All Around Halloween set.

I am so in love with this cart and can not wait to play some more with it!
