MCT 46th New Release Sneak Day 4

Morning everyone and welcome to Day  4 of sneaks for the
My Creative Time 46th New Release!!
I hope you have enjoyed all the AWESOME projects so far this week. We have one more sneak to share....
Prehistoric Holiday’s

For my projects today, I used some of the added elements and sentiments in this new set to make some mini holiday cards.
I started out the same way with all 3 cards. I used the new Stitched Squares Inside and Out set to make the base of my cards. Each card measures 3x3 and is so adorable!
I layered the above card with some black cardstock, designer paper from Doodlebug Designs and then a smaller white cardstock square. I stamped my sentiment and placed everything aside to color and die cut the party hat. I colored it using my prismacolor pencils and embellished it with some gold stickles to match the pattern paper. Some Totally White Trendy Twine finished off my card.

My Christmas card was done the same way as above. I used My Minds Eye designer paper for the second layer, colored my santa hat with my prismacolor pencils and embellished it with some diamond stickles. I added the beautiful Candy Cane Trendy Twine to finish this card off.

My final card is this cutie Halloween one. Besides using the new set Prehistoric Holiday’s, I added the adorable spider from the Too Cute To Spook set. Embellished with orange stickles and Totally Orange Trendy Twine finished this card off.

And here are all 3 cards together! I am so loving these fun cards and can not wait to give them to friends!

  2. Hi Jessica! Very cute holiday cards! I like how you took the stamps and left out the dinosaur to showcase how versatile this set could be if a person owned it. That is such a great way to show them off because I am one of those people that wouldn't have thought to do something like that. I would have used the set with the dino all the time. Very nice cards! TFS!

  24. Great idea just using the hats! They sure came out wonderfully into cards! They are all super, but I love the Christmas one because of the colors, and of course on the Halloween you got to love that little guy the spider cause he certainly helps make the card! LOl They are all super. adnilttoh@gmail.com
