Boo!....{Thrifty Thursday w/MCT}

Good morning everyone and welcome to another
My Creative Time's Thrifty Thursday.
A day set aside to share any type of project using our scraps/leftovers or recycling items as well as using My Creative Time stamps and dies!

For my project today, I used scraps of designer paper, and a few diecuts I had left over from my last Halloween card I made. I love the MME~Mischievous paper pad and for the 34th New Release sneak I made this card (HERE). My process of making cards always changes, so I end up cutting out several pieces, playing around with my design and then placing whatever cuts I don't use into a container for another time. I then can take this opportunity~ Thrifty Thursday~ to use some of those cuts.
Here is the card I made. I really love the way it turned out! Super cute and so not spooky...LOL!
Shaker cards are so easy to make and add an extra element of fun to cards. Inside mine I added some orange, black and white sequins and then some blue seed beads that I had in my stash.
Here is another angle of my card. I used the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies for the shaker part and then added that adorable Ghost die. I did stamp him with the new PKS face from the Trio of Girl Ghosts stamp set. For the sentiment, I used the letters from the Lowercase Fun Dies set and then just glued them to the front of my card. Some orange hemp twine, random sequins and some machine stitching and my card was finished.

What do you think of my card?? I love using up scraps that would otherwise pile up and get forgotten about! And shaker cards are so fun to make! If you have not tried one yet you really should!
Make sure you head on over to My Creative Time to see what the rest of the DT made!
I know the inspiration is AWESOME!!!!
