MCT 54th New Release Sneak Day 3

Good Morning everyone and welcome to day 3 of sneaks for the 
54th New Release
from 
My Creative Time!

Today's sneak is the FREEBIE set for the release called:
INSPIRE 

For my card I tried something new and played around with stamping multiple times to make a background using the "inspire" sentiment. 
Next I layered some vellum over top of the stamped sentiments and stitched the corners with my sewing machine.
For the focal point of my card, I again used the new sentiment and stamped it onto the die frame that is also part of this freebie.
I needed just a little pop of color so I die cut a red heart from the Believe in Your Dreams set.

"FREEBIE DIE"

Starting THIS Friday, April 22, 2016 @ 8am PST ~ Our "Freebie" for this release is this ADORABLE "INSPIRE" Stamp and die set. It will be given to the FIRST 150 shoppers! If you are one of the 1st 150 shoppers it will be automatically added to your package at the time of packaging/shipping. Once 150 shoppers come through, this die will be available for purchase. So, if it’s for sale in the store, you are not one of the 150. No exceptions will be made. This freebie set is not a part of the “bundle” and will be sold separately!

Here is my card and hopefully some more inspiration.....

I used the new May freebie image and sentiment and based my card on this week's 

Retro Sketches

and came up with this.....

Such a fun birthday card right??

I designed, printed and cut this entire card using my cameo :)

I started with the adorable freebie bird and sentiment (found HERE) and then laid it out on my mat in the spots where I wanted them cut, I traced the bird and then filled him in with designer paper, rainbow circles (I used this one based on the photo inspiration) and printed him 2 additional times so I could pop his body up and then his wing up.

Once I had all my pieces cut I used black hemp twine from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique and tied just a simple knot. I wanted to add some sparkle and since sequins are so in right now I pulled out some in the rainbow colors and glued them randomly on the card.
