Precious Baby....{MCT Favors}

Good Morning everyone!!

I am sharing another sweet project today for our MCT Favors post.

Hopefully you all saw (and purchased) the new release, well I just LOVE the new 

Bottle Favor Die

so take a look at my project using the new die and let me know what you think....

The BEST thing about this sweet die is how easy and quickly projects can be made using it.

To make my favor, I die cut the Bottle Favor Die in kraft cardstock and then added all the pieces using a pretty pattern paper from my stash.

I didn't want to keep the bottle to simple so I added a small heart die cut using the You're A Hit Valentine set.

The sentiment which is from the Teeny Tag Dies was cut in kraft and white cardstock and the sweet sentiment was stamped onto the tag using the Teeny Tag Greetings set.

To attach the tag to my project, I wrapped some pink twine around the top of the bottle after filling the favor with a small treat bag of candies.

MCT 61st New Release Sneak Day 4

Good Morning and welcome back to Day 4 of sneaks for the

61st New Release from My Creative Time!!!

I hope you have enjoyed this week of inspiration and are just LOVING this new release as much as I am! We still have 1 more day of projects before tomorrow's BIG Reveal and Blog Hop!!

Today's set is the AWESOME~

The Perfect Match

and here is the project I made using this set...

I just LOVE this sentiment and thought it would make a great baby shower favor, bridal shower favor or even wedding favor. This new match die is the perfect size for holding a chocolate square!

I embellished my favors by adding an extra match sticking out from the matchbox and tied some coordinating Trendy Twine onto the match.

The striker and tip of the match was added with some glitter black card stock and using my Misti I stamped the sentiment directly onto the die cut designer paper.

MCT 44th New Release Sneak Day 4

Hello Baby and Baby Word Die (Freebie)

Since I LOVE making party favors and a friend just posted the cutest pictures of her baby shower, I made some fun baby shower candy sticks.

To make these, I used the adorable Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies (new release) and stamped the sweet sentiment and cutie feet prints from the Hello Baby stamp set. Next I filled some candy sticks with pink/white and blue/white M&M's and tied the tags onto the tops using some Tickled Pink and Blue Berry Trendy Twine.

Congrats on Your New Arrival....{Trendy Twine DT}

Good morning everyone! 

It is my turn to share a project over on the Trendy Twine blog!
All month long the DT is sharing baby projects using the Chocolate Cupcake and Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine.
For my project today I made some baby boy shower favors. I really LOVE the way these turned out!!!

How fun would these be to give to your shower guests? Now I made mine for a baby boy but change up the colors and add some Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine and you can make these for a baby girl too. To make these~ which is very quite simple, I used the Medium Candy Bags and wrapped my chocolate nuggets using matching blue and brown cardstock. Once they were all wrapped, I slid them into the candy bags and sealed them up, punching a hole in the top to add my tags.

Next, for my tags, I used the dies from My Creative Time and layered some white cardstock on top of the matching brown cardstock. I stamped my sentiment onto the bottom  using the Many Greetings stamp set from MCT and then using my Cameo and a file I picked up in the Silhouette Store, I cut the adorable elephant.
I popped him up onto the tag, adding a black enamel dot for his eye and then tied the tag onto the candy bag with a double bow of the Chocolate Sprinkles Trendy Twine.
So aren't these fun???? Sure to be a hit at a baby shower for sure.
