Good Morning Everyone!!
It is time for another EAD Designs Color Challenge!!
Black and White
and check out these awesome coordinating stickerz~
For my project I stepped outside my norm and wanted to give a it a go on creating a vintage inspired tag
I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cricut Cartridge for my tag base
cut at 3 1/4 x 6
The beautiful background stickerz from EAD Designs that I attached to my tag and cut to size.
I ran my Tim Holtz distresser around the edges to age it alittle more
For the "Antiques" stickerz I attached it to a piece of heavily distressed white card stock that I sprayed with
silver glimmer mist
When it was all dried I used Tim Holtz corners to hold it all in place
My flowers were some old ones I had in my stash that I also sprayed with glimmer mist
I used Tuxedo Black Crinkle Ribbon from 3 Girl Jam
and some beautiful lace that I received last year from a swap
I had some long Tim Holtz fasteners that I used through the bottom of my bird cage die and
I made some stick pins using beads again from my stash.
As my ideas were spinning for this project I remembered receiving this awesome bird cage and bird that Karen sent me a long while back cut out of a coke can....how cool is that?
Well I never really came up with an idea as to how to use it until now!
It is not old and antique-y but I love the look of it on my tag
To finish off my tag I added some bling :)
Antique White Crinkle Ribbon and some fun silver tinsel
I think the more I look at this the more I think it is a mix between old and new.
So how did I do with my first tag?
Now be honest....you wont hurt my feelings :)
What do you think of these awesome stickerz from EAD Designs?
I <3 them!!
Are you going to join in to this months color challenge?

Oh this is Gorgeous and I have to agree, very Vintage-y! And I Love that the birdcage is re-cycled, so clever and if you had to purchase something that cute it could have cost a small fortune, I just may have to try that one but have to buy the die first, lol! So many possibilities swimming around in my head for old soda cans now, lol, and Thanks for sharing with us over at BBTB2!
