I hope you have been enjoying all the inspiration the DT has been sharing!!! Well it is not over yet....
Today the DT is showcasing the new sets~
Best Bots Forever & Heart 2 Heart Love Frame Dies

I have a sneak of one of the sets in my project today...the adorable Heart 2 Heart Love Frame Dies. Here is my card....Hope you like it!
For this card, I started with a piece of Kraft cardstock, a layer of white cardstock and then a piece of pattern paper die cut using my FAVORITE die the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. Then using the new hearts from the Heart 2 Heart Love Frame Dies, I die cut 2 hearts in red pattern paper, one heart in gray pattern paper and the "love" layer in some pretty white and pink pattern paper. I arranged them on my card, popping the center heart up with some foam pop dots. To keep the sentiment simple, I die cut the "U" using the Lowercase Fun Dies.
Here is another angle of my card. I added dimension to the "U" as well and placed some silver enamel dots for the finishing touches.

MCT 39th New Release Day 3 Sneaks

Good Morning and welcome to Day 3 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 39th Release!
What did you think of yesterday's sneaks and projects??? AWESOME right!!!!
Can't wait to share today's projects! You are going to LOVE them to pieces :)

The DT will be showcasing the new sets....
The Last Pieces of Our Family & Stitched Puzzle Pieces Dies
OMG you are going to flip when you see these..... LOL They are AWESOME!
So for today I have 2 more cards to share....hope you like them!!!

For my first card, I went CAS to show off those adorable new puzzle pieces. Aren't they fun??? There are 4 in this set and when put together make a square. I used 2 of the puzzle pieces and stamped the "you" and "me" on each piece. Then using the heart from the Happy Thoughts Stamp set, I stamped that in the middle so when they are joined you can see the cute heart :)
To add some more detail to my card, I stamped the same heart onto some kraft cardstock in a diagonal pattern and then die cut the piece out using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die. I popped that all up onto a kraft cardstock card base.
To finish my card off, I stamped that adorable new sentiment under the puzzle pieces.

For my next card, I used the other set of puzzle pieces that come in the new Stitched Puzzle Pieces Die set~ that oh so cute heart pieces.
For this card, I started with a white card base, added a layer of red cardstock and then my pattern paper die cut using~ yes again~ the totally awesome Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Then using the same red cardstock, I die cut all the heart puzzle pieces and placed them aside to add my sentiment, which I stamped on an extended piece of white cardstock I die cut using the Slider Treat Box Die. Once that was adhered to my card mat, I arranged the heart pieces somewhat close together so you can tell it is a heart but added some dimension to them by popping a few up with foam and gluing one down. Some added enamel dots and my card is all done.

MCT 39th New Release Day 2 Sneaks

Good Morning and welcome to Day 2 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 39th Release!
What did you think of yesterday's sneaks and projects??? AWESOME right!!!!
Well today we have more :)

The DT will be showcasing the new set....
You Make My Heart Smile
this set, complete with a bunch of awesome new sentiments also comes with coordinating dies!
I have 2 projects to share using this set, a card and a sweet Valentine's Day treat!

My love shaker card was made using the frame from the 4x4 Journal Die + More set, which I stamped using the Grainy Background Stamp. I popped the frame up with some foam tape, filled it with some clear seed bead and some smaller heart die cuts. Before adding it to my card base, I used the Stitched Tab Die to stamp my sentiment. This whole embellishment piece was then added to my card base which consists of a kraft card, white card layer and a piece of decorative designer paper cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Using the coordinating paper, I die cut the large heart from the Stitched Sweetheart & XOXO Dies and then using the new release "heart" die, I cut it 4 times to add some layers to the letters and to pop it up onto the front of my heart alittle more.

My next project are some cute lollipop holders that would be so fun to make for the kiddos classroom parties.
For these, I used the Stitched Lollipop Holder and cut them out using designer paper from my stash (sorry not sure the name). I added the big Stitched Sweetheart Die to the top of the lollipop holder and a smaller one onto the heart using the same pattern paper. Then using the new "Be mine" dies, I added them to the front of the lollipop die.
Tied on some Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine and these are ready to be given to my valentines :)

MCT 39th New Release Day 1 Sneaks

Good Morning and welcome to Day 1 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 39th Release!

Miss Emma has another AMAZING new release and the DT can not wait to share all of our projects with you! We all know you are going to LOVE everything in this release.
So sit back and get ready for a GREAT week of inspiration followed by our blog hop on Friday when we will show you all the entire new release and it will be available for purchase!

Today the DT will be showcasing projects using the new set~
I Love You Beary Much & Bear Dies
*Both of these new releases coordinate with the Beary Special Thoughts stamp set too!

I have 2 cards to share using these sets, hope you like them!
For my 1st card, I used one of the sentiments for the inspiration for my baby card. Since I have boys, I made a baby boy card :) but changing up the papers to be pink and you can have a baby girl card too.
I started my card by using a Kraft cardstock base and adding a layer of white cardstock. Using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die, I added a top layer of designer paper. For the cut out of the bear, I used the new Bear Dies, then added a matching piece of designer paper behind the cut out. I stamped the bear using the image from Beary Special Thoughts. I knew I wanted to die cut the letters to spell "baby" so I grabbed my Lowercase Fun Dies and cut them using kraft cardstock. I adhered them to my card front and then stamped the remaining sentiments around the image and die cuts. To finish this card off, I wrapped some Totally Kraft Trendy Twine into a bow around the top.

Bear Dies (New Release)

Other Products Used:

For my second card, I used the same bear but this time brought out my copics to do a little coloring :)
My coloring could use some work, I know BUT I am taking a prismacolor pencil class at my LSS this weekend so you will most likely see some pencil coloring next week!
Anyways I started my card off the same way as the other card, but adding a different pattern paper to the top layer. Then using the Stitched Sweetheart die, I cut it out using a matching pattern paper. I stamped my sentiment onto the largest Stitched Decorative Banner and adhered both the heart and sentiment onto the front of my card using some foam pop dots.
Next I stamped the adorable bear and then die cut him out using the new Bear Dies set. I colored him in using my copics and he to was popped up using some foam pop dots. I added a small heart die cut to him as well~ the little heart from the 4x4 Journal Die + More set and some random white enamel dots.

Sending you LOTS OF LOVE!...{Inspiration Wednesday w/MCT}

Good Morning and Happy Hump day everyone!

This is my first official post of 2015  for My Creative Time! (Whooo Hooo!)
and I get to start the new year with
 Inspiration Wednesday.
If you are new to my blog or to what Inspiration Wednesday is all about, it is
where the DT makes a project of our choice based on an inspiration subject.

This is my inspiration.... a piece of designer paper from a new paper pad I picked up at Michaels the other day.
It is from My Minds Eye~ Lost and Found Heirloom collection. A beautiful mix of papers perfect for Valentine's Day.

From this piece of designer paper, I was inspired to create this card.....
I hope you like it :)
For this card, I used several pattern papers from the paper pad and die cut the hearts using the medium Stitched Sweetheart. Once I had all 6 hearts cut out, I went about putting my card together. I started with a white cardstock base, added a piece of kraft cardstock and then a layer of pattern paper die cut using the largest of the Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies. I then placed some adhesive onto the back of the hearts and arranged them onto the card front in the pattern and spacing I wanted. I pulled out my sewing machine to add some added details to my card by running a simple stitch line through the center of each column of hearts.
To finish my card off, I stamped my sentiment into the open space using the stamp set~ Puffy Hearts Just For You.
The sweet card was very easy to put together and would look awesome using different papers as well :)

Hugs and Kisses w/Trendy Twine & a Winner!

Good Morning everyone!
This is my first official project of 2015!
I am up on the Trendy Twine blog today with a card and a treat box featuring this month's spotlight color of twine~ Valentine Cherry Cupcake
Lets take a look :)
I started this project by making the card~ a very simple design using some My Creative Time stamps and dies (all linked below), some new designer paper I picked up at Michaels and of course some Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine.

Moving on to my treat box...isn't is cute??? LOL!
I used the Biggie Candy Chutes from the Trendy Twine store and filled it with...yup Kisses :) I wanted it to match the card, so I wrapped the box with some scrap designer paper, some more Valentine Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine and I used the ampersand die cut as a tag to hang from the twine.
