Today I am sharing a project for My Creative Time's
"I Need a Favor"
I love making party/treat favors and this one is so fun as a thank you.
I used the newly released
2 x 2 Note Holder Die to create a sucker holder
Take a look and let me know what you think...
Super adorable right? I just love how Miss Emma's dies can be used in so many different ways!
To make my project I die cut the designer paper using the 2X2 Note Holder and it was a perfect fit for adding a flat sucker inside. I did have to tape down the plastic wrapper alittle but that is ok..it doesn't effect the treat at all. In order to get the sucker inside, I added a small hole directly in the center of the bottom.
To embellish my treat, I used the Stitched Square Speech Bubbles and the sentiment from the Have a Super Day set.
I further embellished it by adding the adorable cape from the same set and a small matching star.
A red ribbon ties my project all together!!
So there is my project. I hope you liked it! I can not wait to make more sucker holders using this die!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and have a GREAT Wednesday!
Don't forget to check out the rest of the inspiration over on the MCT blog
