Wishing you a Happy Mother's Day...{MCT Just Cards}

Good Morning everyone!

It is my day to post on the MCT blog for "Just Cards" and I have a Mother's Day card to share that I made for my MIL.

Take a look and let me know what you think...

My mother in law's favorite color is purple so of course I had to make her card with as much purple as I could :)

To make my card I used the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die (unavailable at this time~ sorry) for the purple cardstock that was layered onto a piece of white cardstock and then mounted onto a kraft cardstock base.

For the sentiment, I used the Thank You Mom stamp set and the More Chunky Tag Dies

layering them and adhearing them to the top of my card.

That beautiful flower is from the Stay Beautiful set. I inked the edges in purple and popped it up onto the card front. I did place some greens behind the flower using the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Die.

Some random enamal dots completed my card. I sure hope my mother in law loves it!

Thinking of You...{MCT Gift Card Giving}

Good Morning everyone!

I hope you are all staying safe and healthy!

It is my turn to share a project on the MCT blog and today's theme is

Gift Card Giving!

Take a look at my gift card holder and let me know what you think...

To make my gift card holder, I used the awesome Embossed Gift Card Holder and added a layer of designer paper to the top of the kraft cardstock.
I stamped the sentiment, from the new Stay Beautiful set onto the top of the gift card holder. I also stamped and inked up the beautiful flower from that set as well and added it to the front of the gift card holder.
A die cut and inked leaf from the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies completed the front of the gift card.
For the finishing touch on my project, I added a small twine bow in purple, green and white from Trendy Twine to match my flower.

MCT 100th New Release Sneak Day 4

Good morning everyone and welcome to the final day of sneaks for the
100th New Release from My Creative Time!
We have one more awesome new die to showcase today before we share the entire new release tomorrow for the BIG REVEAL & blog hop!
For today Miss Emma has created the adorable Tube Treat Box Take a look at my project and let me know what you think...

To make my project I pulled some pretty flower paper from my stash to make the Tube Treat Box. Once I had the box die cut and assembled, I made the cute tag to attach to the box.
The tag was made using the Chunky Tag Dies and stamped with a sentiment from the new Eggstra Special set. 
Since my pattern paper has flowers on it, I wanted to further embellish the tag so I grabbed the Stitched Pretty Flower & Leaves Dies. A little something to add some more detail with a leaf and some pink.
To attach the tag, I tied a white Trendy Twine bow around the top of the Tube Treat Box and my project was complete!

MCT 89th New Release BIG Reveal & Blog Hop

LUCKY BIRD Die

This sweet Lucky Bird Die is just adorable and will make your spring time cards so cute to embellish with.

To make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base and added a layer of white card stock and my designer paper die cut with the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die

Next, using the Heart Love Note Die, I made a white frame that will be the focal point of this card. I popped the frame up with some foam dots. I further embellished the frame with some greenery using the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies.

I die cut the Lucky Bird Die in matching blues and lightly chalking the edges to add some dimension. He was popped up as well with some foam dots.

Finally to complete my card, I stamped the sentiment and added the branch using the new Amazing Things set.

Another super adorable birdy die, right?!?!

 I used the new Lucky Bird Die along with the upcoming new release set A Friend Like You to make my card.

I started with a kraft cardstock base, layered a piece of white and designer paper to make my card front.

Next I die cut the new birdy and popped him up onto the new branch die from the A Friend Like You set. 

The sentiment, also from the set A Friend Like You was stamped onto a Stitched Round Speech Bubble die and also popped up onto the front of my card.

Some leaves die cut from the Stitched Pretty Flower & Leaves Die completed my card adding extra color and detail to the branch.

Thinkg of you....{MCT 89th New Release Sneak Day 1}

Good Morning and welcome to 
Day 1of sneaks for the 89th New Release from My Creative Time!
We have 3 awesome days of sneaks showcasing the adorable new stamps and dies before Friday's BIG Reveal and Blog hop!

So lets get started on Day 1!! 

Today we are showcasing the ADORABLE new sets

A Friend Like You & Floating Cloud Dies

Here is my inspiration...take a look and let me know what you think...

This little birdy is so adorable don't you think?

I am loving the CAS design of this card with all the dimension I added.

To make this card I started with a kraft cardstock base then die cut a piece of white cardstock using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.

I die cut 2 more pieces of white cardstock to make my layers, adding the new Floating Cloud Dies to the tops of both pieces. They were then layered and popped up onto the kraft cardstock base.

Next I die cut and colored that bluebird using the new A Friend Like You set. I popped him up onto the card front and have him sitting on a branch die cut also from the new set.

To finish my card off and to add some extra color, I die cut some leaves for the branch using the Stitched Pretty Flower Dies and the beautiful sun from the A Sunny Hello set. Both were also popped up with some foam dots for more dimension.
