Have a magical birthday...{MCT Gift Card Giving}

Good Morning everyone!
It is my turn to share a project on the MCT blog and today's theme is
Gift Card Giving!
For my project today I have a cute birthday gift card holder project using the newly released Mermaid Kisses set
Take a look at my gift card holder and let me know what you think...
To make my project I used the Mailbox Gift Card holder to make my card base die cut in kraft cardstock.
Everything else on my card from is from the new Mermaid Kisses set. I die cut the adorable mermaid in a pretty purple cardstock. I also die cut the stars and greenery in the same type of pretty cardstock. I stamped the sentiment onto the card front and then popped the mermaid up onto the front of the card.
A small white twine bow tied onto the mermaid completed my gift card.

MCT 103rd New Release Sneak Day 2

Good morning everyone and welcome to Day 2 of sneaks for the
103rd New Release from My Creative Time!
Today we are showcasing 2 new sets
Introducing the ….
Mermaid Background
Mermaid Kisses
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think
To make my card today I started out with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and then using the Etched Edge Frame Die I die cut some pretty blue designer paper from my stash.
Next I used the new Mermaid Background die and some darker blue cardstock to make my waves. I added those to the bottom of my card as well as some smaller pieces to the top corners.
My sentiment was then stamped onto the card using the Mermaid Kisses set as well as die cutting my mermaid in a black sparkly cardstock which I did pop up onto the card front. I added some of the green die cuts that are also included in the new release set and made them sparkle with some Wink of Stella.
A few sparkly enamel dots completed my card.
