Happy Easter....{MCT Tag it Tuesday}

Good Morning everyone and welcome back to my blog for today's

Tag it Tuesday with My Creative Time!

I hope everyone was able to hop the new release this past weekend....the 88th release is AWESOME and a must have for all those Easter projects!

For my tag today, I kept it on the simple side but used 2 of the new releases, Basket Tag Sentiments and Basket Tag Dies. Take a look and let me know what you think...

To make my tag, I used the Made with Love set for the tag base and layer, cutting the base in kraft cardstock and the layer in a pretty polka dot pattern paper.
Next I stamped the sentiment using the newly released Basket Tag Sentiments set. I used my Misti when stamping this sentiment because of the texture of the designer paper, I wanted to make sure I had a nice clear stamped image.
Then for the eggs I used the Basket Tag Die set. The top layer and the framed layer are actually both included in the new die set, I just happened to have some extra eggs die cut, laying on top of one another when I saw that they could actually layer nicely :)
I die cut 2 in white cardstock and then one in yellow and the other in purple cardstock.
To add some extra detail to my eggs, I stamped a pattern using some versamark ink and the  Egg Decorations stamp set.
Finally to finish off my tag, I added a Totally White Trendy Twine topper.
A simple tag using several MCT stamps and dies which I think turned out adorable!!!

MCT 76th New Release Sneak Day 2

Good Morning everyone
Happy Valentines Day

welcome to Day 2 of sneaks for the 76th New Release from 
My Creative Time!

Today is another GREAT inspiration day as the DT is sneaking the new sets
Cute Stitched Egg Tag Die & Egg Decorations (FREEBIE)
Take a look at what I made using these sets...

Miss Emma has done it again with another AWESOME tag die. Loving the adorable eggs and like always, designing quick tags make gift giving so fun!
For my project, I made a set of 5 tags all based around the center polka dot designed tag.

For that tag I used some pretty polka dot pattern paper from my stash to layer onto the Cute Stitched Egg Tag Die base.
The sentiment is from yesterdays sneak~ I'll Never Let You Go and then I added the adorable bunny from the Mini Lolly Add Ons set.

The other 4 tags, I kept on the simpler side using matching cardstock to the pattern paper but adding some extra texture to the eggs by stamping the polka dot stamp from the FREEBIE set onto each egg using Versamark Ink. It blends the colors from the paper perfectly to add that little bit of pop onto each egg.

Then sentiment is also from the FREEBIE set which I stamped onto each egg as well.

To finish off my tags. I added some Totally White Trendy Twine to the tops of each tag,
