Try Me Tuesday.....Box Card {MCT DT}

Good Morning and Welcome to 

Try Me Tuesday with My Creative Time!

Today we are trying a new type of card~ a Box Card!

The DT was directed towards this video on YouTube for directions on how to make this type of card and let me tell you this is so easy to make!

The possibilities are endless as to how to decorate and embellish these types of cards! 

So here is my inspiration....Hope you like it!

I just LOVE the new MCT release and these adorable bees and hive dies.  I couldn't wait to add some PK cuteness to these bees as well :)

I listed all the products I used below and followed the video for all the directions on putting the box card together.  So super fun and easy too!!!

For my project today I made a fun box card, perfect for a gift card

Hope you all like it~

Using the tutorial I found HERE, I was able to put this card together in no time.

Want to know what took the longest??? Picking out my pattern papers...LOL!

I used the new stamp set~ Wish Big 

I LOVE all the GREAT birthday sentiments and images...another MUST have for sure!

Here is a close-up of the sentiment, banner and balloons. I added some Trendy Twine in Lemon Tart, Holly Green and In the Navy

Popped the center balloon up for some dimension as well as the banner, running the twine behind the banner to hold it in place.

 The papers are from My Minds Eye~Playdate paper pack. Such GREAT primary colors and patterns!

I made a mat for the inside that has not be attached yet...I thought once I sent this out with a message on it, then I can add adhesive to it.

Here is the whole set....The front sentiment with those adorable balloons and banner are attached to a belly band that just slides right on the card to hold it all together.
