MCT 5 Days of Christmas....Day 3 {Cards}

 Hello & welcome to our 
"5" Days of Christmas"! 
This week we will be sharing w/you LOTS of last minute Christmas ideas, such as cards, tags, treat holders, gift card holders & what ever else comes to mind that will help YOU get your creative juices flowing for the holiday!

Today is DAY 3 of our 5 Days of Christmas!  
We all will be showcasing some quick & EASY Holiday Cards! 
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think...
For today's card I made a masculine holiday card shaped like a present.
To make my card, I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and my top layer of designer paper all using the Rectangular Frame Die and Rectangular Frame Die Layers.
Next for the stripes on the package I used the thinnest of the Tall Frame Dies cut in green cardstock and attacked them to my card front.
The adorable bow is the Medium Holiday Bow cut in matching designer paper and popped up onto the front of my card.
Finally for the sentiment I used the More Sentiment Strip Dies and the Especially for You sentiment stamps.
The sentiment was also popped up onto my card and my project was complete.

Celebrate You....{MCT Birthday Palooza}

  Good Morning and welcome to another
My Creative Time Birthday Palooza post day!
Today I am sharing a fall themed birthday card using some of the newly released MCT stamps and dies.
Take a look at my project and let me know what you think.... 
For my card today I went with a fall theme generic birthday card. I started with a kraft cardstock base, added a layer of white cardstock and my designer paper die cut using the Rectangular Frame Dies and Layers set.
Next for the focal point I used the newly released 3" Circle Card Dies for the large kraft circle and layered some of the new Fall Leaf dies in the matching designer paper. I attached them to the circle die cut, popping up some of the blue and orange leaves for some extra dimension.
For the sentiment, I used the Strip Sentiment Dies and the Big Word Sentiments which were stamped and popped up onto the circle die cut.
The whole circle focal point was then popped up onto the front of the card and further embellished with a hemp twine bow and some wooden enamel dots.

Happy Happy Birthday...{MCT Birthday Palooza}

 Good Morning and welcome to another
My Creative Time Birthday Palooza post day!
Today I am sharing a fun masculine birthday card using some of the newly released MCT stamps and dies.
Take a look at my project and let me know what you think....  
To make my card I started with my usual kraft cardstock base, layer of white cardstock and designer paper cut with the Rectangular Frame Dies and Frame Dies Layers set.
I used the new "happy" die from the More Big Word dies set in kraft and a dark blue cardstock, adding the small heart cut out in red, all to match my designer paper.
For the sentiment, I used the new More Sentiment Strip Dies and the "happy birthday" stamp from the I'm Rooting for You set, popping it up under the "happy" die.
Some small stars from the Have a Super Day set finished off my card.

MCT 111th New Release BIG Reveal & Blog Hop!!

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Friday!
Welcome to the 111th New Release from
My Creative Time!

This has been such an fun few days of amazing projects from the DT~ don't you think???
But there is one more day of projects with so lets get started....

For my inspiration I get to showcase the new sets
More Big Word Dies & More Sentiment Strip Dies
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think..
To make my card I started with my usual kraft cardstock base, layer of white cardstock and designer paper cut with the Rectangular Frame Dies and Frame Dies Layers set.
For the big "Love" I used the new More Big Word Dies set and die cut it with white and matching pattern paper from the Happy Camper paper pad. I did add the kraft heart inside the love die for an extra touch.
Next using the new More Strip Sentiment Dies set and the Big Word Sentiments set I added my saying below the "Love" die cut.
To finish off my card I added a kraft twine bow to the top of the card and some matching enamel dots around the sentiments.

MCT 111th New Release Sneak Day 1

Good Morning everyone and welcome to sneak week for the 
111th New Release from My Creative Time!
This week is going to be an AWESOME one as we help Miss Emma celebrate 11 years of My Creative Time!!!

To start off the week we are showcasing the new
 More Big Word Dies & More Sentiment Strips
2 new awesome sets to add some of our favorite stamps and dies!
Take a look at my card and let me know what you think...
To make my card I started with a kraft cardstock base and added a layer of white cardstock die cut using the Rectangular Frame Die Layers and a top layer of designer cardstock die cut using the Rectangular Frame Dies.
Next using the new More Big Word Dies set, I cut the base in kraft cardstock and layered the sentiment on top using white cardstock. I also filled in the heart with a piece of matching designer paper for a little extra detail.
The sentiment is from the Big Word Sentiments set and was made to be used with the new More Sentiment Strips set! And if you know me, you know I LOVE those Strip Dies!
Finally I added the sentiment above the "Hello" die and added a matching twine bow around the bottom of the sentiments.
A sweet friendship card that I think turned out so super cute!
