And here is the card I made using the new kit.....
The inspiration behind this card comes from the sentiment. Once I read it I though of a rainbow right away and knew I wanted to incorporate that into my card.
To make this card, I started with a white piece of cardstock that I die cut using the Stitched Rectangular Frame Die.
Using some Distress inks, I created a rainbow panel by blending the inks inside a taped off rectangle. Before pulling off the tape, I used the new cloud stencils and heat embossed them on top of the rainbow panel.
The tape was then pulled off to reveal a beautiful rainbow and cloud embossed panel.
Using the new silhouette die, I die cut her using some black cardstock and she was partially popped up/glued down onto the card mat.
The sentiment was stamped onto the mat and for some extra details, I used another new die from the kit~ the smallest heart to die cut them with the same rainbow inked colors.
To complete my card, I added a Totally Black Trendy Twine ribbon around the whole card mat and popped the entire mat up onto a kraft cardstock base.
