MCT 68th New Release Sneak Day 3.....{Happy 4th of July}

It is Day 3 of sneaks for the

68th New Release from

My Creative Time!

Boy is this week flying by!!! But I sure hope you are enjoying all these awesome sneaks from the DT!

Today we are showcasing this releases FREEBIE die~ Pinwheel Centers along with the new Small & Medium Stitched Pinwheel Dies

and here is the project I made using these sets...

How super fun are these new dies!!!! For my project I made some 4th of July wands/party favors. The designer paper I used for both pinwheels is from DoodleBug Designs~ Patriotic Parade. I have a close-up of both so you can see...

This pinwheel is the smaller one...so super CUTE! See that center star..that is the FREEBIE (well one of the dies in the freebie set). To make this one, I die cut the pinwheel 2 times, putting it together with the sparkle brad and star center. Before attaching it to my polka dot straw, I attached some long white and blue ribbon. The whole piece (pinwheel, brad and ribbon) was then placed through a small hole on the straw to hold it all together.
For the sentiment, I use the Smallest of the Ribbon End Banner and stamped the sentiment from the Teeny Tag Holidays set.

Here is the larger of the 2 pinwheels. You can see the difference in the way the brad looks through the larger star center.  I assembled this one the same as the smaller one, used the Ribbon End Banners for the sentiment and stamped the sentiment from the set~ My Little Firecracker.
I can not get over how easy these are to put together and how fun they are!!!!!
I can not wait to make more projects with these!!
