Here is my card and hopefully some more inspiration...

My inspiration for my card came from the colors...Red, Pink and White

perfect for a Valentine's Day card!

I used one of my FAVORITE new stamps~ Lighter Than Air

matched up with some Trendy Twine and a few heart punches...to me makes a CUTE card for my hubby :)

Hi Everyone!!!
I am coming down to the wire on this week's Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge
Yikes....
 I am not sure why this challenge gave me such a hard time???
Maybe because after seeing those adorable new bear faces that were released and adding them to my ever growing wishlist of PKS I want I realized that my face choices for this project were very limited :(
Anyways 
after working on this project for days...yes days.and still not sure I am 100% happy with it 
Here it is...

I made a cupcake birthday box using the cute bear from
Kaboodle Bug Designs~Patch the Birthday Bear
changing up the file a bit by not using the patches and instead added my PK face from
PK~754 Critter Faces Set 
After inking the edges with my distress ink and putting him all together, I adhered him to a 
3D cupcake box that I bought from the Silhouette Store.
The designer papers that I added as a layer to the box is from Basic Gray~ Shine On 
I added some fun crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl Jam in Hot Chocolate, Sunflower and Goblin Green
Finally I added my sentiment using My Creative Time~ Vintage Stitched Label Dies and Card Sentiments

Morning!!

Time for another TAWS DT project :)

Today I have a simple all Cameo project using TAWS freebie, the new January release set

The Gang as well as the sentiment from Jibber Jabber

  

So here it is......

For my card I designed everything on my Cameo... I used the cute freebie school of fish from TAWS and colored them in with the designer papers from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon~ Oktoberfest

Then using a circle I grouped the fish and readjusted the cut lines to cut the one fish over the  edge of the circle

After cutting out my pieces....along with a shadow of the original circle in black and some extra pattern paper....I stamped my sentiments and put it all together.
Some glossy accents on the bubbles and my card is complete.

Hi everyone!

So another later than normal post by me but I wanted to finish the week of birthday celebrations with 

Bugaboo Stamps.

 My initial plan was to do the hop and enter a few challenges...

Day 7 and I am sharing my 7th card...

This will make the entire week of projects completed!

I had a blast entering each day and hope you all have enjoyed my cards.

Today's challenge was:

Cards with texture - using Freebie Friday Image

and here is what I created...

I used the freebie image and colored only sections to make the fun image pop!

The texture for my card are the candles I made using papers from Doodlebug Designs~Boys Only paper pack and some Trendy Twine in Lemon Tart.

I attached the candles to the card with more Trendy Twine in Midnight and a star button from my stash.

I also added some more texture using some brads in the upper right.

So there you have it....my final entry into this week long birthday celebration!

Manly Birthday Card w/Gus

Hi Everyone!
I have another birthday card to share...posting a little later than I had planned but here it is...

And the great thing is it fits a bunch of challenges as well....

Thursday Challenge – Let’s hear it for the Boys – Masculine Card

and I used the sketch  for the new

Seize The Birthday Challenge

Introducing Gus....LOL! He is such a character!!

I did some paper piecing with him today....wanted to have his robe and slippers match the papers I was using....check out his bunny slippers....LOL!!
I also added some glossy accents to his glasses after coloring the remaining of him with my copic markers

I also ended up using my scraps to finish the inside and make my own brad!

The original brad had a sticker on the top so I peeled it off and stuck it to the pattern paper that I wanted to use. I traced the circle, cut it out then glued it to the top of the brad.

To smooth out the edges I quickly sanded it then added a layer of glossy accents to the whole thing... I LOVE the way it tuned out and the best thing....I was able to use some small scraps!

I made a birthday tag that will actually be used for the little girl I watch 3 days a week.

She is going to be 9 and is my craft partner.

She comes over after school with her sister and hangs out with my boys.

She LOVE to color and make cards so I know she will get a kick out of this on her birthday present

I used scraps from my "bin" to put this together...Kraft card stock for the base and pattern paper I got as a gift from my friend Kim. The image is the freebie that was offered that I colored with my copic and further embellished with some stickles. I added some 3 Girl Jam crinkle ribbon in Hot Chocolate as well as some Trendy Twine in Strawberry Cupcake

Wednesday Challenge– Make us laugh – Funny Card

I used this week's sketch from Mojo Monday and came up with a birthday card that I will be giving to my bestie in a few weeks :)

(sorry about the poor picture....it is dark and my lighting stinks!)

I used the fun "Friends Don't Let Friends Wine Alone" image and colored it with my copics.

The pattern paper is from My Mind's Eye Honey 6x6 paper pack~ a gift from my secret Santa Annette. I did use my sewing machine....alittle off in some spots but hey it gives it a "creative" feel right??!!?!

The twine~ Black Licorice is from Trendy Twine and it is finished off with a button from my stash
