MCT 99th New Release Sneak Day 1

I LOVE to read so this set is totally up my alley :) The adorable new bookmark die is perfect for decorating up and giving with a book to that someone special! To make my project I used a pretty flower designer paper and the matching designer paper for the top heart. I stamped the sentiment onto the bookmark and then added the fun matching tassel to the top. A quick and easy project!

I LOVE YOU......{MCT 3D Wednesday}

Good Morning and happy hump day everyone!

I am up on the My Creative Time blog today with another

3D Wednesday project!

Valentines Day is right around the corner so I thought it would be appropriate to share a sweet treat idea that is so easy to make!

Take a look and let me know what you think....

I just LOVE the MCT Treat Pouch Die! The die is quick to cut out and assemble and can be decorated a number of cute ways!
For my project I used a pretty "LOVE" designer paper and did a simple embellishment job by adding a red ribbon and some white twine to hold it all in place.
For the sentiment, I used the Celebration Tags set to make the banner and for the sentiment. I also added 2 small die cut hearts for a little extra "love"

Now for my inspiration...

How adorable is the new Heart Mug?? 
For my project I went with my favorite Valentines Day color combo~ red, kraft and white!
I made the heart mug in kraft cardstock and added the coordinating pieces using red and white cardstock!
The sentiment was stamped onto the adorable stitched heart using the Hot Chocolate Season set.
I tied a Cherry Latte Trendy Twine bow around the whole mug which helps to hold in a gift card I added to the back ~Miss Emma's original idea :) and I am sure she will be sharing that on her blog using the Stitched Gift Card Pocket Die
A small extra heart die using the You Deserve a Break set completed my project!

Happy Valentine's Day...{MCT Gift Card Giving}

Good Morning and Happy New Year!

I am so excited to be continuing on the MCT DT for the start of my 6th year!

As the new year is upon us, Miss Emma has some amazing things planned for this year so I hope you will continue stopping by as I share fun projects using Miss Emma's stamps and dies!

Today is what we call Gift Card Giving day and I have a project to share using some of Miss Emma's newly released goodies along with some older favorites!

If you haven't purchased the Mailbox Gift Card holder die yet you are sure missing out! This die is perfect for any holiday. I took the gift card holder and actually turned it into a gift card/top opening card where I can still insert the gift card in the top BUT I can also write a message inside! (You can check out the other project I made using the same technique HERE)
To make my project I took a piece of kraft cardstock and folded it in half. Using the bottom layer of the die set~ the base of the Mailbox Holder,  I ran the folded cardstock with the top of the die slightly over the folded part through my die cutting machine.
When pulled out of the die cutting machine you now have a top opening mailbox shaped card base.
I pulled out some pretty pink designer paper and added the next layer of the holder.
The white cardstock opening for the gift card is slightly covered by the adorable Medium Heart Bow Die which was popped up onto the front of the holder.
Finally for the sentiment I used the Strip Sentiment Die and a greeting from the You're a Hit Valentine set to add to the heart bow die.
A pretty simple project that I am sure any recipient would love to get!

Happy Christmas....{MCT I Need A Favor}

Good Morning and welcome to my last MCT post of the 2019 year!

What an awesome year it has been! 

I am happy to share that I will be continuing on the MCT DT and can not wait to share another awesome year of Miss Emma's stamps and dies!

For todays post we are sharing Favors.

My favorite projects to make for sure!

I made a last minute gift idea/stocking stuffer that I hope you will like.

For my project I paired the adorable 2x2 Note Holder Die with the newly released Fun Sized Heart Bow Die to make a quick and easy Christmas favor which holds 2 mini chocolates in each.

To make this, I die cut the 2x2 Note Holder Die with some pattern paper from Lawn Fawn.

In the opposite papers I die cut the Fun Sized Heart Bow Die and popped it up onto the front of the note holder die.

For the sentiment, I used the Gingerbread Friends stamp set and stamped the sentiment onto the small Strip Sentiment Die

Before attaching the sentiment onto my project, I added 2 small candy cane embellishments for some extra sparkle.

A sweet treat ready for gift giving.

MCT 98th New Release Big Reveal & Blog Hop

Small Heart Bow Die

How adorable is this new Small Heart Bow Die??

I added mine to the Mini Gift Box Die to "dress" up my valentines day treat!

I die cut the box in a valentines day pattern paper and assembled it.

The Small Heart Bow Die was then die cut using red cardstock and then popped up onto the mini box.

For the sentiment I used the Be Mine stamp set and stamped it onto the smallest of the Chunky Stitched Tag dies.

The tag was attached with a red twine bow to the top of the Mini Gift Box Die and filled with some Hershey kisses!
