Sending You Big Thanks...{MCT Thoughtful Tuesday}

Today the DT is showcasing projects with a thank you theme and for my project I used the newly released Gift Card Gift Box Die

take a look at my project and let me know what you think....

Giving gift card gifts is surely a way to say thanks for many different reasons. While going through my MCT stamps and dies, I came across the Fun Notes set and pulled the sentiment from that to pair it up with the "thanks" from the Happy Thoughts set.
Both sentiments were added to the belly band which is part of the Stitched Belly Band Dies set and was wrapped around my gift box.
For a little extra embellishing, I added a matching flower using the Stitched Pretty Flowers & Leaves Dies and then for the middle I added an enamel dot in a pearl color very similar to my designer paper.
If you have not grabbed this new Gift Card Gift Box die yet, you really need to! This die makes giving gift cards that much more special!!!

LOVE Note.....{3D Wednesday w/MCT}

Good Morning and Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! I know it was hard sending my kids back to school after being off for Christmas because we did have a great break but we get to look forward to a trip to Disney in February so that is awesome!

Anyways I am excited to be back for another year with Miss Emma and the My Creative Time DT! She has TONS planned!

Today is 3D Wednesday where the DT shares projects other than cards.

Since Valentine's Day is just around the corner, I made a post it note holder using several MCT stamps and dies...take a lookie and let me know what you think

To make my holder, I followed a YouTube video I found HERE, and used kraft card stock for the base.
I decorated  the top of the holder using designer paper from SN@P! Color Vibe in a pretty pale pink polka dot paper.
Next I die cut the designer paper using the 3" Stitched Squares and stamped that using the "note" stamp from the Fun Notes set.
To finish my post it note holder, I added some mini hearts that were die cut using the Stitched Heart Background set in white, red and pink cardstock.
A cute mini pink pen fits perfectly in the side and this holder is ready to be given to that special valentine :)

One Good Cup Deserves Another....{MCT Do Over Thursday}

Good Morning everyone!!
It is "Do Over" Thursday on the My Creative Time blog

This is where we take a project we did in the past (post a pic or the link to the original) and re-do it.

And here is my do over card.....

For my card I used the same base lay out but instead of adding 1 coffee cup I added 2 and make this a card I could give to a friend.  I love those coffee cups and added the "friend" sentiment to both of them using the newly released Fun Notes set.

They were then popped up onto my card. 

For the sentiment I used the new Ribbon End Banners and the You Are Perk-fect stamp. Such a great sentiment for my card~don't you think??

Finally to finish up my card I added some heart die cuts in the same matching cardstock.

It is Thoughtful Thursday over on the My Creative Time blog and I have a card to share using some newly showcased products!!

For my card I used the awesome new Ribbon End Banners and the Fun Notes set.
I wanted to keep my card along the simpler side so my focal piece is all situated on the large stitched heart die.
I embellished with a few enamel dots but the rest of the card is using all MCT stamps and dies!!

MCT 53rd New Release BIG REVEAL & Blog Hop

Mini Butterflies
to made this card......

For my card today I wanted to share a little happiness in the form of a rainbow for a special friend. I used the new Ribbon End Banners and die cut 2 of the sized banners using scrap card stock from my stash. Once I had the banners laid out how I wanted, I attached them to my pattern paper card mat.

Using another Ribbon End Banner, I stamped my sentiment and tucked it into the banners. For the "hi" sentiment, I used the new Fun Notes set, stamped it onto a piece of white card stock then cut it out using the matching die.

For some fun added details I die cut some of the Mini Butterflies and added them under the banners.

Some Totally White Trendy Twine tied into a bow at the top and my card is complete.

For my card I used the new "note" stamp and matching die to make a school inspired card. The sentiment, also from the Fun Notes set was stamped onto my note paper and then the added "note" die cut was popped up under. To carry on with the school theme, I added the fun pencil die cut. 
Some random matching enamel dots and my card was complete.
