Thanks~ Amber Ink Style

Good Morning!
It is time for my weekly post over at
Creativity Heals and the card team was asked to design CAS cards.
I also wanted to incorporate my Amber Ink post for this week as well.
This card was designed as a Thank You to that awesome team that I have had the privileged to work with! I LOVE Amber's beautiful line of ipapers and digi's and hope when you have a minute you will pop over and check it all out!!

My card today uses Fall~Time to Leaf ipaper that I printed on my computer. I then used it to cut out the leaves from the Create a Critter Cartridge at 2".
I stamped my sentiment from Paper Smooches~ Sentiment Sampler stamp set.
Loving this fun set!!!
I added some buttons from my stash and called it a card :)
Hoping you like it!!

I am also entering this over at:
The Paper Variety~ Photo Inspiration, Leaves

Now off to clean my house and begin cooking for tomorrow!

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas~ Amber Inkling Style

Morning Everyone!!

Even though Thanksgiving is not here yet I have Christmas on the brain.
I said last year that I would not wait to the last minute to get my holiday cards done and what there is only 2 months till Christmas...
So with that said I plan on making and sharing Christmas cards from now on....well maybe not all Christmas but the bulk will be :)

I have another Amber Ink card to share
Now If you saw my last Christmas card using the Green Cheer ipaper you will recognize it in this card, I used my leftover scraps and came up with this.
Here are the details:
The frames are from Preserves and I used the swiss dots embossing folder on the white card stock layer.
Before embossing I stamped my sentiment using Fired Brick Distress Ink and a dollar bin sentiment stamp.
My trees are from the Designer Calendar cartridge cut at 2.75 and 2"
I attached these with foam squares for the extra dimension.
My card stock is scraps in white and black, PTI in Scarlet Jewel
and Green Cheer for the trees.

All month long over at Less is More, Amber Ink is sponsoring their challenges.
This weeks challenge is
One Layer Cards using Leaves
Now remember all the challenges over at Less is More are CAS challenges.
And they stand by that....they have to be CAS!
There are some amazing cards already entered but you still have time to head over and link up!!

That is all I have for you today...
I hope you like my card :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!!

Season's Greeting~ Amber Ink Holiday Cheer

Good Morning Everyone!
I just realized as I began to type up this blog post that today is 11/11/11.
How crazy is that :)

I have another Amber Ink card to share with you today.
I am beginning to make all my Christmas cards, I have a handful done but many more to do!

I have presents on the brain and this is what came out on paper.
I wanted my card to look like a wrapped gift.
How did I do?
All my plain card stock is from PTI and that pattern paper is Amber Ink ~ Green Holiday Cheer
I heat embossed the "seasons greeting" sentiment using crystal embossing power and like the way it turned out :)
The crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl Jam in Holly Berry ~ BTW it is a perfect match to the Pure Poppy PTI card stock!!
I used a white tag from my stash...stamped the to and from using a SU stamp and attached it to the card using Twinery Twine in Peapod.
A very simple card...easily cased and great to make in bulk!

Well I hope you like this card!
Thanks for stopping by
and
have a GREAT day!!
