For my project I wanted to use the adorable puppies from
The Gang
and keeping it CAS here is what I did :)

I stamped each of the cute pups and colored them with my copic markers.

After cutting them all out I pasted the big guy as my background and popped the little ones up with foam dots.

I added some grass to make them look like they are outside and stamped my sentiment

which is also from the same set.

That is is....very easy but I think adorable for any doggie lover!!

This is our last challenge for 2012 and we want to see ALL your creative projects!

So for my card today I thought it would only be right to share a New Year's card

to help ring in 2013!!

So here it is.....

Using all stamps and dies from My Creative Time and lots of heat embossing I came up with what I think is a fun card...

As you can see in this picture...I used heat embossing on all of the stamped images

and for the arrows, which began as either white or black brads I painted them with Gold CI paint.

I just LOVE this set

I used my silver gel pen to color the base of the light bulb and the inside of the bulb after I paper pieces it

It's A New Year So Anything Goes~ 3GJ Challenge #9

Good Morning Everyone!!

Here is the project I made.... A 2013 Banner to help ring in the New Year

Using a file from the Silhouette store and the beautiful MME~ Honey paper pack I received from Annette (my secret santa and TAWS DT sister) I made this fun and festive banner. Of course the only way to hold it all together was with some 3 Girl Jam crinkle ribbon in White from the Pink & White bundle. 

To add some more to the banner I used more crinkle ribbon in Baby Girl (Baby Bundle), Tuxedo (Celebrations Bundle) and Cherry Lipstick (Pink & White Bundle) I tied tiny knots in between each of the banner pieces and cut them all the same length.

Cameo Creations~ Welcome 2013

Good Morning!!!

Welcome to this week's

Cameo Creations Challenge, 

where it's all about Silhouette, all the time! 

If you have any Silhouette machine, 

whether it be the original Silhouette SD or the new Silhouette Cameo,

This weeks Challenge is:

Welcome 2013

I used one of the newer released files from the Silhouette Store

2013 Chevron Card 

designed by Patty Young

and came up with this...

The GREAT thing about this file....It is so easy to make this card

just cut the pieces and glue in the back

That is it!!

I went ahead and added the additional sentiment and banner

Both are from My Creative Time~

Sentiment is from the Card Sentiments set

and the banner is from the Vintage Label dies

Since the silver paper is shiny I used Creative Inspirations Paint

Deliquesce Black Embossing powder to give it that rich look.

(I tried stamping both with Memento and Stazon ink...neither one wanted to look bold and black...all because of the paper)

Finally I added some clear gelly pen doodles to the numbers and chevron pattern..

I think it added alot more to the overall card...

Ho Ho Ho~Gift Card Holder w/Peachy Keen Stamps

Good Morning Everyone!!

I can not believe it is Christmas Eve Day....

I hope you all have a VERY Merry Christmas and let the festivities begin!!

I do plan of popping in tomorrow to announce the winner of the

So for my project today

I still had a few last minute gifts to wrap including making some gift card holders...

I don't care too much for the ones that come with the gift cards so I thought I would make my own

and enter them into this week's 

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge which is 

Anything Goes 

but you have to use Peachy Keen Stamps

I used this stamp set

PK~322 Christmas Tag Minis

And made this gift card.....

What do you think???

I ended up making 2 of these because I LOVE the way they turned out!!

And the best thing about this....it was so easy to put together!!

I used My Creative Time's~ Embossed Gift Card Holder Die

and die cut it with my cuttlebug and Core'dination card stock.

For Santa's belt I just cut a strip of black card stock at 1" and used the buckle from the

witch's hat from SVG Cuts~ Gimme Candy Boxes SVG Kit.

I added some silver stickles to the buckle and then using the sentiments from the Christmas Tag Mini's I heat embossed them with Creative Inspirations Paint~ Deliquesce Black embossing powder!

That was it!

These will be going to 2 kiddo's ages 12 and 15....I hope they like them 

But know at that age it is more about what is inside that counts...Right!!

So that is all I have for today!!

I love all the texture and dimension and sparkle this card has...

maybe one of my favorite holiday cards from 2012 :)

For my project I made a
Christmas Countdown...my kids love the remind us how many days are left till Christmas so I thought this would be a fun way for them to do so.Using a chalkboard/vinyl sticker from EAD Designs  ~which is no longer in business :( 
I added it to a plain back frame I had laying around the house

With chalk they can write the number and then erase with a cloth and change it from day to day...

For my banner I used My Creative Time's Build a Banner Kit Dies and the new Lowercase Fun Dies. They were all strung with my FAVORITE twine EVER~ Trendy Twine's Christmas Candy Cane

So by now you are probably waiting to see the adorable owl up close....isn't he just too cute!!!I used a file from the Silhouette Store for the owl~ Holiday Owl

and then added the santa hat from another file from the store

some xmas red stickles are there you have it!!
