MCT 55th New Release BIG REVEAL & Blog Hop

For my project today, I get to showcase this releases  set~

Make a Wish

a must have stamp/die set for all those birthday celebrations!!

I went with another CAS card design for this birthday card....I figured this would be a great card to grab for those last minute birthday parties.
I used the Make a Wish set for the sentiment and the candle and paired it up with the little postage stamp die.
I started this card by heat embossing the sentiment onto my blue cardstock. Next I took the candle die and cut it out using some pretty polka dot designer paper. I wanted to use those postage stamp dies so I took the candle die cut and separated it so each piece would fit onto the postage stamp.
For the wick of the candle I used a small piece of hemp twine and popped up each piece using some foam squares.
The finishing touches for my card included some yellow sequins and glossy accents on the flame.
