Just Chillin!........ w/Trendy Twine

Morning Everyone!
I can not believe it has been almost a week since I have posted!
I think this is the longest my blog has gone without a post in 3 years :(
But I do have to say it has been really nice enjoying the family over the somewhat long snowy weekend we have had and today is another snow day for the boys.
We are currently under a Blizzard warning...Yikes!
But all is good...
Cause I am popping in to share a project I made for the new Trendy Twine Monthly Challenge.
The DT is currently on a "vacation" this month but I still wanted to make something and share it with everyone so I hope you will join in and play along!
The challenge this month is:

Let It Snow!
~Project must be a tag
~Include a
snowman ,snowflakes,

and
some Trendy Twine

**If you do not have Trendy Twine, use hemp, jute,
embroidery thread, or yarn only
(no other brands of bakers twine)**

And here are the tags I made....
So cute....right?????
Well here is how I made them.
I started with the My Creative Time~ Tag Dies and die cut them out using designer papers from My Minds Eye and Echo Park. I did then add a MCT~Stitched Round Tab to the tops of both tags, to give it a little more stability for threading my ribbon though.
For the cute sentiment and banner, I again used MCT products, the sentiment is from the Things I Love stamp set and it was stamped on a Stitched Vintage Label Die.
To hold the sentiment onto the tag, I used some of the gorgeous 5/8" Sheer Textured May Arts Ribbon that I picked up from my friend Beckie over at her Etsy store Sparkly Sweet Craft Notions.

Moving on in the tag, those snowmen are from  Peachy Keen Stamps July SOTM.
Since I am a monthly club member one of the fun perks is the svg's that come with the kit.
I used the 2 snowmen, cut them out with my cameo and then stamped and paper pieced the hat and scarves. I colored in their noses and mouths with copics, added some pink chalk to their cheeks and some enamel dots to their buttons.
And to finish these cuties up I gave them some pom poms using my favorite~ the Trendy Twine Totally White!
The one snowman got a pom pom for his hat and the other snowman got some earmuffs.
They are so easy to make and add such a cute embellishment...don't you think???

Well there is my project for the new challenge.
Again all the details on entering can be found HERE.
The challenge will run through January 24th so plenty of time to make a project and share it with us!

Before I head out I just want to share one more thing.....
