WELL...
It is time for the final day of awesome projects from the DT showcasing 3 new sets
Loyal Friends, Live Love Bark & My Kids Have Paws
For all you dog lovers out there....Emma has the PERFECT sets for you!

Here is the project I made using one of the new sets....I do not have a dog but did grow up with one and he was my best friend!!! My kiddo's would love one so maybe someday soon :)
Anyways here is what I made...Hope you like it!
How super adorable are these new dies?? The possibilities are endless for sure!!!
OMG cuteness to the MAX and that pup is only one that Miss Emma has added to this new release.
Here is how I made this card...it was super easy! I started my card with a white card base and added my layer of designer paper~ Cloud 9 Designs Dog Chitchat. Then using all the colors from the designer paper, I die cut several pieces from the new Loyal Friends stamp and die set to make my puppy "scene"
Everything was then layered onto the largest Bunch of Fun Circle Dies. Finally for the sentiment, I used again the new Loyal Friends stamp set, stamping it onto the Stitched Square Speech Bubble Die and popping it up to look like the cutie pup is saying it :)

My Creative Time Products Used:
Loyal Friends (new release)

I did make another card using the same set as well.... Just can not get enough of these adorable pups!
For this card I made a treat jar with some dog bones inside...It is a shaker card, the bones will move around a bit but my intention was to make the dog look like he was watching the jar of treats :)

We Were Meant to Bee!...{MCT Sneak Day 3}

Good Morning and
Welcome to Day 3 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 33rd  Release!
It is time for another awesome day of projects from the DT showcasing 3 new sets
Stitched Honeycomb Dies, Bee Happy and Stitched Bees & Beehive Dies

When I first saw these sets, this card came to mind right away....I am very happy that my idea was able to turn out pretty much just as I pictured it...so here is to hoping you like it as well :)
Aren't those bees adorable??? I just LOVE that Emma has the dies and the matching stamps for these cuties!
For my card I wanted to make a window using the new Stitched Honeycomb Die so in order to do that I layered my card base with the designer paper on top and die cut though both layers. Next I removed the designer paper (I used a low tack adhesive to hold it in place while I die cut) and added a sheet of acetate, sandwiching it between the card base and the designer paper. Next I added the additional pieces to the honeycomb die using the inside of the die cut from the original cut and then cutting another piece out of black card stock for the frame.
After all the pieces were attached to my card base, I stamped my sentiment, die cut some small red hearts and randomly placed them onto my card, placing it aside to work on the bees.

For these cuties, I die cut them using the matching pattern paper and them stamped them using the matching images from the Bee Happy stamp set. Since I used pattern paper for the bees, I decides to color them in using my prisma colored pencils, adding some wink of stella glitter onto the wings and some diamond stickles to the antenna. They were then popped up onto my card front using some foam squares.
I am not sure how much you can tell from the picture, but I did decorate the inside of my card, using the hexagons that were die cut from the honeycomb. I added a few to the bottom left hand corner just so the inside was not left to plain :)

Have a Great Vacation.....{MCT Sneak Day 2}

Good Morning and
Welcome to Day 2 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 33rd  Release!
This is such an AWESOME release as you saw from Day 1 of sneaks, right????
Well there is so much more!!!!!

Today the DT is showcasing projects using the
Surf's up and Sit back & Relax
stamp and die sets.

You already saw projects from the DT using the Sit Back & Relax set from the Flip Flop Blog Hop and just to recap here are the 2 cards I made from that set...
If you missed that hop you can see all the details HERE on how I made these.

Of course I have another project using both of the new sets and dies, this one I made as a gift for a friend heading out on a beach vacation.....Hope you like it!
I just love how easy My Creative Time stamps and dies make decorating a gift. Just alittle something personal makes all the difference, don't you think?
I do for sure! So I found this fun oversized beach shovel at Target and thought this would make a great gift with a bottle of suntan lotion and a cute tag. Miss Emma's new release could not have come at a better time too :)

Here is what the tag looks like up close. And to make this tag I used a bunch of older dies and well as some of the new ones for this release.
Ok here is how I made this. I started off using the Tag Die for my base. Using all designer papers from Echo Park~Paradise Beach, I cut the waves from the Make a Splash Die and the surf board and beach ball from the new Surf's Up set. For the "sand" part of my tag, I used some coordination cardstock and inked up the distressed edges for a little more texture. Finally, I finished off my tag with the stamped sentiment from the new Sit Back & Relax set.

Happy Fourth of July!....{MCT Sneak Day 1}

Good Morning and
Welcome to Day 1 of sneaks for the new
My Creative Time 33rd  Release!
This is such an AWESOME release and I know you will all LOVE it to pieces so....
today the DT is showcasing projects using the
Happy Thoughts & You are Fabulous
stamp and die sets.

For my card, I use the current sketch from our Designers Challenge, mixed with some of the colors from the photo inspiration
(you can see all the details on this challenge and enter your project HERE)

to come up with this card......
Here is how I made my card...I started with an A2 card base and added a layer of designer paper. Then I moved onto setting up my sentiment. I used the new "happy" die from the Happy Thoughts set and die cut it into my white card stock. Removing the word and setting it aside for another project. Then using the same die, I did it again with some red card stock taking the word and inserting it into my cut out white piece. Using the "fourth of july" sentiment from the same set, I stamped it under the "happy".
Next I die cut some stars in different shapes using the 3 Star Stitched Dies in red, white and blue. To add some texture to the stars, I stamped each one using the new pattern stamps from the You Are Fabulous stamp set.
After adding all of my layers and popping up some of the stars, I placed some random sequins onto the star die cuts.
And there you have my card :)
Such a fun and festive card, don't you think??

Now onto the hop.....You should be coming from the very talented
Candace
but if you are just stopping in, please head on back to the start~ the lady behind it all :)
Emma
you are not going to want to miss a thing!!!
For my project, I actually have 2 cards to share that I made with this AWESOME new stamp and die set.
Here is my first card....
I wanted to keep it pretty simple, to showcase those adorable new flip flop dies. Aren't they just so "flippin" awesome??????
I LOVE them!!!
I did die cut them and then stamped the matching pattern onto the flip flops to give them more of a texture.
Since I cut them using navy cardstock, they were stamped with some Faded Jeans distress ink, a perfect color to show the stamp but not overpower the dies.
Then for the sentiment, I masked it to be able to make 2 banners, stamping the top part on one banner die and then stamping the second one on another banner die.
To finish my card off, I added some tiny heart to the flip flops and one more to the sentiment, adding some stickles for a little sparkle :)

My Creative Time Products Used:
Sit Back & Relax (New Release~ On Sale Fri June 27th)
Bunch of Fun Circle Dies
Vintage Stitched Label Die
4x4 Journal Die + More

Then for my second card....
I totally have beach relaxing on the brain after seeing this new set. So I wanted to create a beach scene. I used tons of MCT goodies for this one..and I linked them all below for you as well.
One of my favorite thing about this set, besides the awesome flip flop dies of course, is the ability to create so many different projects with all the great sentiments that Emma created.

Wednesday Inspiration w/ My Creative Time

Good Morning and Happy Hump day everyone!
I know it has been kinda quiet over here on my blog...my kiddo's are winding down their school year and there is so much going on that my computer time and crafting time has been few and far between...BUT one more week and it is SUMMER VACATION!!!!!

So with that being said it is time for Wednesday Inspiration
where the DT makes a project of our choice based on an inspiration subject.

For my project, I used a card I found on Pinterest HERE as my inspiration.
I love the CAS design of it and knew that I could make it my own using some of Miss Emma's awesome My Creative Time stamps and dies!

So here is my take on the picture.... An easy 4th of July card
I followed the design of the card but instead of stamping square background like in my inspiration card, I used the center square die cut from the 4x4 Journal Die + More set
Next I layered a big stitched star followed by a stitched button star embellished with some Trendy Twine.
I know the inspiration photo does not have additional embellishing, but I couldn't pass up adding some sequins to my card. Reminds me of fireworks :)

Additional Products Used:

So what do you think?????
Want to see more projects?
Make sure you head on over to My Creative Time to see what the rest of the DT made!
I know the inspiration is AWESOME!!!!

Before you head on out I want to share a few upcoming events happening with My Creative Time!
On Friday, I hope you will join us of the
Flip Flop Blog Hop!
Tons of AWESOME inspiration and PRIZES too!!!

And then starting on Monday, sneaks for the 33rd New Release followed by our blog hop on Friday! This is such an AWESOME new release and I know you will not want to miss it!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a GREAT Wednesday,
I will see you all back here on Friday!

Perfect Pear.....PKS Color/Photo Challenge

Good Morning
and
Happy Father's Day to all those awesome Dads out there!!!

Welcome to another fun Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge!!!!
This challenge is the Color/Photo Inspiration seen below...
Don't you just LOVE the colors???
For my inspiration I used the colors for this challenge to come up with this.... I hope you like it!
I just love adding my PKS faces to projects, especially cute Miss Kate Cuttable images! I picked this one up in the Silhouette Store a long time ago, knowing I wanted to make something with those cuties. The sentiment is a perfect match too :)
To make my card, I started with a white A2 card and cut my mat using the MME Dolled Up paper pack. Once my pears were cut and assembled, I added the adorable Sweet on You Faces to them. A little white gel pen for the eyes and some pink chalk for their cheeks and they were ready to be placed onto my circle die cut. I did replace the original hearts that came with the file to add my own using some MCT dies. I popped them up using some pop dots and randomly placed them above the pears.
Finally for the sentiment, I replaced the piece that came with the file to add the stitched oval die in which I stamped my sentiment.
